    Business and Operation Lead

    Our Client is looking for a Results-oriented marketing professional adept at developing marketing plans and campaigns that over-deliver with the ability to manage people and teams.

    Someone who can champion and drive agency and client's brand growth by leveraging strategic consumer insights, trends and market dynamics. Oversee the development and seamless execution of both short and long term business/ marketing strategy & plans.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the delivery of the short and medium-term strategic goals of  client's brands to outperform the competition and establish them as industry leaders
    • Monitor competitive environment for client brands, routinely provide recommendations and changes in direction as required.
    • Work with cross-functional partners to develop brand and marketing programs and supporting material.
    • Identify key business priorities of agency including business development and supervise execution to bring marketing efforts to life in the market place.
    • Ensures excellent and timely implementation of all approved marketing activities.
    • Lead in-house team to drive implementation of agreed innovation projects from ideation to market execution.
    • Oversees the development of all Agency Work Plan/KPIs and coordinates activities to drive performance.
    • Identifies new growth opportunities and develops plans to exploit such opportunities. Develops an in-depth understanding and becomes an expert in the Nigerian consumer environment.
    • Lead the creative development and media deployment of agreed communications. Review of advertising and marketing communication before release.
    • Monitor competitor’s activities including new launches and recommend appropriate and innovative marketing solutions to be undertaken when/where necessary. Overall brand/business objectives.
    • Enforces client brand guidelines and applies project management practices in overseeing the execution of marketing programs.
    • Develops and manages the budget for marketing activities. Oversee the marketing performance analysis to measure return on investment.

    Qualifications

    • Preferable but not compulsory Bachelor's Degree in mass communication, business, psychology, marketing or related disciplines.
    • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience preferably with some FMCG or Technology experience
    • Sound Knowledge of Brand Marketing, market intelligence, and Agency Management.
    • Good understanding of Digital/ Social media marketing.
    • Ability to deploy Project management skills into planning and execution of branding and marketing activities.
    • Excellent communications and people management skills.
    • Negotiation and decision-making skills.

    PR/ Operations Manager

    Location               Lagos (Lekki) 
     
    The PR/Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all the programs, products and projects of a personal brand 
     
    Responsibilities 

    • Plan and execute events and projects
    • Write and follow up on proposals  ï‚· Attend meetings on behalf of the personal brand
    • Attend speaking engagements with the personal brand  
    • Manage all product sales including book, events, etc
    • Handle all customer enquiries
    • Assist with the creation of video content, social media content, podcasts, etc
    • Consistently monitor and evaluate the progress of projects
    • Develop proper systems for recording and reporting feedback
    • Analyze budgets and financial reports regularly.
    •  Pitch conferences for speaking opportunities Respond to speaking engagement enquiries
    • Pitch for PR opportunities  
    • Make travel arrangements 

     
    REQUIREMENTS 

    •  Bachelor’s degree in any field
    •  2-3years experience as PR Executive or Program Manager
    •  Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
    •  Excellent communication skills(Written and Verbal)
    •  Excellent Time and Human Management skills
