The company is divided into operational units; health research including monitoring and evaluation, ICT/geographic information system, health commodities (drugs, lab consumables and hospital equipments) and logistics/supply chain management.

    Office Assistant


    Location  (Nyanya, Gwagalada)


    To carry out cleaning services within the clinic and assist in admin and operational services for the clinic


    • Ensures the clinic and its environs at all times is kept clean and secure.
    • Carry out periodic spot checks in all departments and meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness and safety
    • Maintain records of all everyone that comes into the OSS.
    • Assist in running errands for staff in a convenient and timely manner
    • Assist in making photocopies of documents needed within the OSS.
    • Arrange schedules for meeting space and conference rooms
    • Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
    • Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies for each department
    • Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms
    • Any other duty as assigned


    • HND in Secretarial studies, Administration or closely related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or a satisfactory combination of education and relevant experience. NGO experience desirable.
    • Proficiency with office systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
    • Excellent communications skills (e.g interpersonal, writing)
    • Organized and results-orientated.
