• Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/Client Create and maintain comprehensive project Update tracker Plan and implement projects
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define tasks and required resources
• Collect and manage project team
• Manage budget
• Allocate project resources
• Create schedule and project timeline
• Track deliverables
• Support and direct team
• Lead quality assurance
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Present to stakeholders’ reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project.

Requirements

• Applicant should possess sound knowledge of Lagos routes
• Applicant should possess basic knowledge of car maintenance
• Tracking of vehicle documents
• Applicant should possess valid driver's licence and other relevant documents
• Applicant should have a good command of English language
• Applicant should be smart and possess good interrelations skills

• Comprehensive Installation Experience {2G/3G/4G/MW(0.3-2.4m)}
• Knowledge of configuration of microwave of all sizes
• Knowledge of commissioning BTS and nodes of all vendors
• Sense of Quality (EHS)
• Work at height, Electrical, First aid and Huawei certifications
• Proficient use of ISDP, MDT and WDT tools
• Proficient use of Microsoft office
• Ensure assigned tasks are carried out within SLA and scope of work
• Taking full responsibility for every assigned site
• Coordinate team activities on site
• Communicate all relevant info/challenges/escalations to project manager.
• Ensure no escalation on assigned site.
• Ensure assigned tasks are snag free
• Daily update on assigned via email to PM/BFU
• Ensure expenses are within budget as given by pm
• Ensure EHS compliance on site
• Leadership by example
• Ensure ISDP tools( site sign, site verify, clocking in and out, smart QC)
