    Marketing Manager

    Job Description

    • Carry out research on industry trends and demand for goods and services;
    • Work with marketing communications and advertising agencies in the development and execution of online, ATL and BTL marketing strategies to promote the Company brand and services;
    • Ensure terms of agreement with marketing agencies are strictly adhered to and all agreed targets met;
    • Liaise with the marketing agencies in the recruitment of vendors in assigned territories;
    • Supervise the product training of all recruited vendors;
    • Research and formulate ways to optimize client experience;
    • Prepare and demonstrate presentations of various marketing strategies to senior management;
    • Stays abreast of changes in the ecommerce marketing environment, and adjusts marketing plans accordingly, to best serve the objectives of the organization;
    • Oversee aspects of the website as it relates to the advertising campaigns and recruited vendor relationships;
    • Supervise Marketing Officers in the department;
    • Suggest products that are of interest to clients based on information gathered in the field;
    • Track product sales and report accordingly;
    • Prepare and present weekly/monthly and quarterly reports on all vendors and agencies being supervised across regions;
    • Carry out other duties as assigned.


    • A Degree in Marketing or any relevant field
    • Minimum of 4 years work experience in similar role in the Ecommerce industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
    • Relevant certification are an added advantage

    Customer Service Manager

    Job Description

    • In charge of creating scripts to provide support to clients through phone calls, emails and online chat;
    • Drive initiative to improve day to day customer service processes;
    • Constant evaluation and analysis of systems i.e. chat service to ensure it is maximized;
    • Utilize customer service and web technologies to increase customer satisfaction;
    • Maintain accurate records and documents on all customer service activities and discussions;
    • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate the team to meet them on a steady basis;
    • Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports
    • Provide help and advice to clients on the Company’s services;
    • Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies and standards for the Company;
    • Create and implement a monthly reward system for outstanding junior colleagues in the department;
    • Communicate courteously with clients by telephone and email;
    • Investigate and resolve customers' challenges, which may be complex or long-standing problems;
    • Responsible for consistent after sales follow up with all registered clients to ensure optimal client satisfaction;
    • Work with Customer Service Officers and other relevant departments to ensure delivery of high customer service standard across board;
    • Responsible for developing and maintaining a database of clients to send good wishes from the Company on special days;
    • Analyze data gathered to determine the level of customer service being provided by client-interfacing staff;
    • Render weekly customer services activity and monthly analysis reports to the Director of Operations and other relevant managers;
    • Meet regularly with other managers to discuss possible improvements to the customer service culture of the Company;
    • Any other duties required by management.


    • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a reputable tertiary institution
    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar role with at least 2 years in an ecommerce environment
    • Professional certification in Customer Relations is a plus

    Investment Officer

    Job Description

    • Cross sell all the financial products of the Group:- Liability generation, Loans and Leases,
    • Shares/Stocks/Bonds (Federal, State & Corporate), Treasury Bills, FGN Savings Bonds, FX etc
    • Pitch for business relationships with Local Corporates, PFA’s, Insurance companies, and other non-financial institutions;Financial Institutions (Institutional Sales & Marketing) etc.

    Data Analyst

    Job Description

    • Identify, compile and evaluate data and trends to support the organization in business decision taking;
    • Monitor user engagement levels from both website traffic, chatter and email communications;
    • Generate online sales report;
    • Analyze trends in customer purchases, and evaluate changes in the online retail market;
    • Trace new member subscriptions, cancellations and supervise retention of clients;
    • Identify gaps in the organizations’ SEO strategy across website and measure all results;
    • Improve online visibility through on page improvement and track search rankings;
    • Liaise with the Marketing team in gathering data from activations, and other ATL and BTL activities;
    • Report to the Director of Logistics on client preferred products, to ensure availability of such;
    • Regular data extraction from google analytics, salesforce, internal database and any other relevant data gathering technique;
    • Prepare and present weekly reports and analytics to senior management;
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience in the ecommerce industry as a data analyst
