    Head of Publicity, Awareness, and Marketing

    Job Description

    • Our client is a foremost payment, telecom, and enterprise solutions company has been licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission, seeks for a Head of Publicity, Awareness and Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support the overall growth objectives of the Company. 

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
    • Identify target markets and customer segments to tailor marketing efforts effectively.

    Publicity and Brand Awareness:

    • Build and manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
    • Devise and execute publicity campaigns to enhance brand visibility and maintain a positive public image.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

    Digital Marketing:

    • Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, email, and online advertising.
    • Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

    Content Development:

    • Lead the development of compelling and engaging content across various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, and social media.
    • Ensure that content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

    Event Management:

    • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to maximize brand exposure.
    • Explore opportunities for hosting company-sponsored events and webinars.

    Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, evaluate market trends, and provide insights for product positioning.
    • Use customer feedback and data analysis to refine marketing strategies.

    Team Leadership:

    • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and initiative.

    Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience (6+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably within the technology industry.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
    • In-depth knowledge and strong understanding of digital marketing, creative flair, content development, brand and publicity.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Sales Consultant

    Job Responsibility

    • Establish and maintain a healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
    • Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions through the company’s services or products.
    • Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
    • Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build long-lasting business relationships.
    • Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
    • Assemble product displays in a given market.
    • Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.


    • Minimum of B.Sc in any discipline.
    • At least 3 -5 years of core sales experience generating leads, closing deals, and working with targets
    • Experience working with HNI’s in any industry preferably hospitality
    • Good Communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
    • Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous client companies and customers.
    • Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies.
    • Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands.
    • Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers’ needs.
    • Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection.
    • Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player.
