     A Key Player in the Travel and tourism sector seeks qualified candidates to fill this role

     Candidate Profile:

    The candidate shall be a young self-driven,goal- oriented,target driven knowledgeable and committed Travel manager with a good understanding of the travel industry and experience of Sales, Account Management, Sales Management, Customer/people Relationship Management.

    Job Functions

    • Strategize and plan tour packages for all budgets
    • Manage and Supervise Travel consultants
    • Prepare competitive pricing and market strategies
    • Liaise with sales and marketing to create attractive offers
    •  Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
    • Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
    • Drive self to reach the revenue and profit targets
    • Oversee day to day operations in the office

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • Must possess sound knowledge and understanding of the Travel Industry.
    • Must be IT savvy and abreast of Travel trends.
    • Must possess good relationships with stakeholders in the industry.

    Our client is looking for Travel Consultant (Customer Service Agents) that will be the liaison between their

    company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidates will be able to

    accept ownership for effectively handling customer complaints and inquiries keeping

    Duties

    • Dealing with enquires via telephone or email
    • Attending to reservation, ticketing reissues and refund requests. Domestic andnInternational travel requests

    • Managing client issues.
