    Hotel Manager

    Job Description

    • Someone that can oversee the hotel operations.
    • Must be able to direct the day-to-day operations and activities allocated in hotel.
    • Duties include managing personnel, collecting payments, monitoring budgets, and evaluating hotel performance.
    • You must be approachable and detailed-oriented with proven hospitality or management work experience.
    • Candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee personnel including receptionist, kitchen staff, and office employees.
    • Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
    • Collect payments and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses.
    • Welcome and register guests once they arrive.
    • Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
    • Organize activities and assign responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
    • Create and apply a marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services and amenities.
    • Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners.
    • Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
    • Partake in financial activities including establishing room rates, setting budgets, and assigning funds to departments.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field.
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel management or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software.
    • Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
    • Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.

    Personal Assistant

    Responsibilities

    •  Perform Legal research and gather information in an organized manner.
    •   Provide general administrative support to the legal team. This includes organizing schedules, arranging meetings, and setting up travel arrangements.
    •  Write concise legal reports on business and administrative operations so that all involved parties can understand them.
    •  Assist primarily the Executive Director with organizational, financial and personal administration on a daily basis
    •  Be friendly and personable while managing heavy communications and calendar scheduling (requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, clients, co-workers and the general public) to coordinate various complex meetings
    •  Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
    •  Lead short-term projects and initiatives as requested by the Executive Director
    •  Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information
    •  Have a proven ability to exercise good judgment in recognizing the scope of authority
    •  Assist the Executive Director with all other related assigned tasks.

    Requirement

    • Min of B.Sc. in any discipline.
    • Must be Male.
    • Min of 2 years’ experience as PERSONAL ASSISTANT
    • Must be Proficient in Speaking ENGLISH.

    HR Assistant

    Job Description
    Payroll and Benefits Administration:

    • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
    • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
    • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
    • Assist in processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
    • Answering payroll questions
    • Be a team player in facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors
    • Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment

    Record Maintenance:

    • Maintaining current HR files and databases
    • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
    • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc
    • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
    • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
    • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
    • Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations
    • Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action

    Qualification

    • Minimum of a B.Sc in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
    • Min of 2 years’ experience as an HR ASSISTANT in a reputable organization is required.
    • Must be a MALE and Professional Qualification is an added advantage.
    • Must be resident around Festac, Mile 2, Ojo, Maza maza, and its environs.

    Salary
    N70,000 - N100,000/monthly.
