The Field Operations Manager will lead the team through the Strategy and Execution of the organisations business objectives in the Middle and Northern areas of Nigeria.

Leading the day-to-day execution of the Field Operations team through their annual cycles of sales, deliveries, extension services, and loan collection; the Field Operations Manager will be responsible for exploring and testing ways to increase the number of clients each Field Staff member can serve and implementing processes to ensure efficiency to meet the set deliverables of the organisation.

Overseeing the expansion strategy in rural communities, the Field Operations Associate Manager will explore program suitability in new areas of States in the middle belt and neighbouring states in Nigeria, while engaging local leadership to partner with. to drive their agenda forward

You would also be responsible for the development of the Field Officer’s training program, from hiring & on boarding to salesmanship, extension services, and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Government Relations Senior Manager for New Markets as a member of the global Government Relations and Policy Team you will lead regulatory/political analysis, risk management and government relations work in Nigeria to allow scouts and pilots teams to focus on designing and testing the viability of new program models.

We have been engaged to identify a Head of Pricing & Analytics for an innovative service provider within the Automotive Sector.

Under supervision and guidance of the Chief Financial Officer, the Head, Pricing & Analytics will be responsible for growing the team that would help in building Africa’s very own pricing and valuation tool. He/she will lead the execution of pricing strategies for the entire business and will ensure optimization of strategic pricing in order to remain competitive in the automotive market.

The ideal candidate would serve as subject matter expert for pricing by providing financial analysis, margin information/enhancement opportunities, impact analysis and direction for proposed pricing/programming strategies. This would also include the creation of analytical models, interpretation of data and the delivery of recommendations for strategic product/segment price positioning to drive tactical execution excellence across all areas of the business

The successful candidate would also help to drive execution for continuous improvement for the pricing processes and optimum deployment of pricing resources for the entire business. You will use your ability in SQL and/or Python to create analytically driven recommendations that would shape pricing strategy and maximize ROI. Your solutions will influence pricing decisions and create new opportunities that enhance business-wide performance.
