    Female Expeditor

    Job Description

    • Facilitating the flow of materials to and from various work sites or departments. Working with vendors to secure the appropriate goods and coordinate delivery. Responsible for inspecting materials for both quality and quantity.
    • Research various vendor options and select the best options based on the employer’s needs
    • Work with vendors to determine a reasonable rate and to coordinate the timing and means of delivery
    • Handle any related to vendor service, such as poor product quality or delivery delays
    • Find solutions to budget limitations, vendor errors, and other problems as they arise
    • Work with various departments to determine the amount and type of goods required
    • Keep an inventory of goods on hand
    • Track orders from placement through delivery
    • Inspect goods upon delivery to ensure that the standards of quality are met and the appropriate quantity has been received
    • Ensure that the appropriate goods are transferred to each department in a timely manner
    • Develop budgets for the goods required by each department
    • Seek out ways to save money on the procurement of goods and requests budget increases as needed

    Requirements
    Educational Background:

    • B.Sc/HND in Engineering or any Physical Science required.
    • Min of 1-3 years’ Experience in Freight and Forwarding.
    • Must be between 25 – 35 years of age.
    • Good knowledge of metrics of measurements and material handling Technics.

    Customer Service Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
    • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
    • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
    • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
    • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
    • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
    • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
    • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
    • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
    • Close out or open call records and compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a B.Sc in any Social Science related discipline
    • Min of 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Officer with sales experience.
    • Must be resident within Lekki and its Environs

    Required Skills:

    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

    Salary
    N70,000 monthly.

    Job Descriptions

    • Assist in implementing the legal process of the company.
    • Maintenance of the company’s statutory registers or books.
    • Review, advise and implement draft contracts and other legal documents under the direction of staff/legal attorneys and submits same for revision and approval.
    • Establishes and maintains departmental/divisional files including contracts, workers compensation and project administration, prepares periodic and special purpose reports.
    • Performs special projects such as document control including interdepartmental tracking.
    • Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made is communicated to the relevant company stakeholders.
    • Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
    • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment as well as taking appropriate action in conjunction with Management and company legal attorneys
    • Manage company meetings and conduct due diligence
    • Advise and ensure the company on complying with the applicable rules and regulations
    • Ensure proper the proper custody of the statutory and other books of the company
    • Liaise with the HR department to monitor and review the administration of the company’s policies and procedures
    • Co-ordinate the legal dimension and activities of the company.
    • Support the finance department with corporate information during statutory audits
    • Provide legal advisory support to all functional managers and heads of department
    • Deals with legal correspondence collate information needed for company secretariat function and produce executive management reports as required.

    Requirements

    • Must have Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB Hons) from a reputable Institution
    • Must be a legal practitioner
    • Must have minimum of 7 years working experience with a reputable Organization
    • Must have good Communication, Confidential and writing skills
    • Must be a computer literate
    • Must be a Female
