Global Profilers is a Recruitment and HR Services firm that specializes in Recruitment in Africa; We have a Milling Technologist opening to fill for our Client who is a Multinational FMCG.
The individual will ensure that the company produces high yielding product using best manufacturing practices at least cost.
· Be responsible for developing/formulation of high yielding enzymes for the bakery industry
· Ensure strict adherence to quality & safety standards in a manufacturing environment
· Develop various cocktails of high yielding enzymes that can be used in the bakery industry
· Ensure developed enzymes do not violate any safety/regulatory standards
Qualification and Experience:
BSc. in Food Technology
Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position either in Bakery Industry of which 2 should be in an equivalent middle management position
Knowledge in food technology, chemistry, microbiology and biochemistry
Understanding of quality control measures and standards
Thorough knowledge of health and safety standards
Thorough knowledge of Enzyme’s and Enzyme formulation
