    Marketing Manager

    Number of Subordinates:

    Reports to: Senior Partner

    Main Function

    To develop a marketing team, create a vision and road map for creating awareness and sales. Also develop marketing strategies for any and all products that the company will develop. Establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet sales and customer retention objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

    §  Role Responsibility

    Role and Task Complexities:

    Marketing 50%

    • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the power systems as well as develop marketing strategies for other products.
    • Create a service and product delivery SLA (Service Level Agreement).
    • Establish and develop a functional sales team to drive sales volume and value.
    • Increase volume (sales) and value (product offerings) and after sales service.
    • Develop and implement marketing plans(online and offline) and projects for new and existing products
    • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results for company products and services
    • Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
    • Report on return on investment, key performance metrics and develop a pricing strategy
    • Create retainers as well as CPM( Connectivity Proximity Markets) relationships

    Facility Management

    • Proper running of Facility : Water, Electricity, intercom etc, managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
    • Overseeing and agreeing contracts for vendors and providers of services
    • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
    • Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
    • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
    • Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing
    • Drafting reports and making written recommendations

    Business Development 40%

    • Create marketing presentations and liaise with media and advertising outlets

    Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans for same to provide appropriate growth to business as well as  negotiate with stakeholders

    • Create of a product catalogue and as well as  strategies to boost business development and affiliate marketing

    Conceptualize and develop business proposals, reports, analyses, reviews and other documents for projects spanning inception to completion to implementation

    Research 10%

    • Conduct  customer research and analyze current market conditions and competitor information for various projects company wide
    • Conduct market research and expand market (strategy, expansion and control) to determine market requirements for the Power Systems and well as other products and projects.

    Job Specification

    • First degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
    • 6-10years’ experience in the same or related position
    • Relevant product and industry knowledge
    • Digital marketing skills and experience with relevant social media applications

    Senior Officer Technology and Innovation Development

    Reports to:

    Teamlead Human Resource/ Organizational Support

    Main Function

    The holder of the office will lead people in product and service development related to computer communication technology and systems’ automation as well as manage the company branding and all branding materials design and creation.

    Role Responsibility

    Role and Task Complexities:

    TID 50%

    • Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software, systems and system security
    • Developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organization
    • Conducting regular system audits and software performance tuning
    • Ability to handle video and photography cameras, as well as creating documentaries and editing video
    • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
    • Conceive and implement visual design of concepts, guidelines and strategies on all projects.
    • Utilize a high level of skill across multiple design software packages (such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) to execute creative the brief required and within a time frame.
    • Software installation and networking of systems
    • Email set-up, troubleshooting and management and server administration and management
    • Designing technical architecture to assist in simplifying and improve office processes as well as integrating systems and automating processes
    • Conducting regular system audits and running regular checks on network and data security
    • Assist in performing daily system monitoring, verifying integrity and availability of IT related resources

    Business Development 40%

    • Planning and preparing presentations as well as setting up meetings
    • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
    • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
    • Writing reports of meetings and projects and providing management with feedback
    • Drafting and reviewing contracts
    • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

    Research 10%

    • Review an research into information technology solutions that improve the business processes, making them faster and more cost effective
    • Research and documentation into business development trends that make it easier to track business leads and improve data presentation.


    • Degree in information technology, mechanical engineering, computer science or a related field
    • 3-5 years’ experience in relevant and related role

    Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and using the software below

    1.      InDesign

    2.      Photoshop

    3.      Illustrator
