    Finance Officer

    Senior Finance Officer

    Main Function

    The account officer is responsible for ensuring accurate computation and retirement of accounts. The account officer is also responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.

    Role Responsibility

    Role and Task Complexities:

    • Prompt update on all current vouchers and cash books for payment
    • Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
    • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
    • Manage and reconcile all accounts and make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met
    • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
    • Prompt resolution of  accounting discrepancies and irregularities
    • Prepare budget for staff and vendor payment
    • Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
    • Collect and analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and integrity of financial data
    • Prompt generation of cash estimates and budget preparation for ongoing and prospective business ventures
    • Any other task assigned by supervisor

    Technical Skills Requirement

    • 1-3 years’ experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data and analysis.
    • First Degree in Accounting
    • Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
    • Knowledge and experience of accounting software and computer applications
    • Knowledge and Competences
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong communication skills
    • Information and task monitoring
    • Analytical judgment and problem-solving skills
    • Stress tolerance
    • Risk assessment, analysis and management

    Teamlead Technical Services

    Main Function

    To head the technical team and ensure machine and equipment repairs are facilitated and implemented within SLA and to client satisfaction. Also to develop and strategically manage client relationships

    Role Responsibility

    Role and Task Complexities:

    • Develop the technical services function's strategies, business plans and budgets in accordance with overall strategies and directions in consonance with the marketing manager
    • Develop standardized policies, processes, approaches and tools for the technical services function to maintain efficient operational practices and enhance control quality standards
    • Direct the implementation of repairs and maintenance
    • Direct and manage the provision of engineering and technical support to all functions throughout the life cycle of each project (i.e. Assessment, repairs, general and continued maintenance.
    • Provide effective management of projects including planning, management, cost, time and quality delivery.
    • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with engineering consultants, supplier and vendors, and government entities etc. to support the business development strategy and plans.
    • Conduct annual performance appraisal to review employees’ work performance.
    • Ensures that services are delivered in a method and format that is best suited to clients’ needs
    • Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

    Technical Skills Requirement

    • First degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
    • 2-3 years relevant and related work experience
    • Practical knowledge of machine and equipment repair
    • Knowledge and Competences
    • Solid knowledge of machine repair procedures
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Sound knowledge of project management principles
    • An ability to manage and enhance  business relationships

    Architect

    Main Function

    Create designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments. Use specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design rooms and whole buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing. Design building plans virtually using 3D MAX

    Role Responsibility

    Role and Task Complexities:

    • Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
    • Producing details drawing 3D Max.
    • Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
    • Working around constraining factors such as town planning laws, project due date and budget
    • Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
    • Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
    • Specifying the requirements for the project
    • Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
    • Playing a part in project and team management
    • Going to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings for progress updates.

    Experience

    • Degree in architecture, building or a related field
    • Ability to proficiently use 3D Max
    • Factory experience will be an added experience
    • 3-6 year experience in relevant and related role
    • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment

    Main Function

    The holder of the office will lead people in product and service development related to computer communication technology and systems’ automation as well as manage the company branding and all branding materials design and creation.

    Role Responsibility

    Role and Task Complexities:

    • Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software, systems and system security
    • Developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organization
    • Conducting regular system audits and software performance tuning
    • Ability to handle video and photography cameras, as well as creating documentaries and editing video
    • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
    • Conceive and implement visual design of concepts, guidelines and strategies on all projects.
    • Utilize a high level of skill across multiple design software packages (such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) to execute creative the brief required and within a time frame.
