    Content Operations Specialist

    Details:

    We are looking for a Content Operations Specialist for our Mobile Internet Division.

    Job Description

    • Participate in short- and long-term planning activities; in both online and offline channels to increase user activity and participation.
    • Combine with hot issues & social trends, export creative and effective promotion proposal, gain user growth opportunities for the product with minimum cost.
    • Organize regular user surveys and analyze user demands and convert research findings into actionable results.
    • Synthesizes findings to inform a better understanding of users, give insight into business value, and opportunities.
    • Utilize hot issues & social media trends; export creative and effective promotional proposals, and gain user growth opportunities for the product, with minimum cost.
    • Maintain User relationship, collecting user’s feedback, responding to queries, and give advice for product optimization.
    • Conducts user research using methods thereby classifying users according to peculiarities and making and implementing well-tailored strategies for different user groups and enliven the atmosphere within community.
    • Researches and develops user scenarios to be used during the design and development processes and makes enhancement recommendations as needed.

    Required Qualifications and attributes

    • Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree.
    • Have at least 2 years of proven experience in Content Operations and User Experience, related roles.
    • Graphics Design skills are essential for this role

    Required Attributes and Competences

    • MUST RESIDE IN LAGOS
    • Good interpersonal communication skills.

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading all content marketing efforts for our various brands marketing campaigns. This role requires the ability to collaborate with cross-functional marketing functions to develop, test, and optimize awareness and engagement and lead the content marketing efforts from strategy and execution to distribution. 

    Job Description

    • Provide creative ideas to support graphic design and campaign briefs

    • Track, measure results, and gather insights and optimize content for conversion.
    • Develop and manage social media content across all major social channels and specified verticals.
    • Manage and monitor team performance (KPI) against set objectives.
    • Build the content strategy for integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Minimum of a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or any related field of study
    • 3-5 years of proven experience in content marketing/content strategy.
    • Experience working both strategically as well as in an executional capacity for content development
    • Excellent writing and communication skills are required
    • A versatile self-starter that can create high-level content strategies while simultaneously executing on content pieces.
    • An understanding of SEO and how to optimize content for target keywords.
    • Experience with helping construct marketing campaigns.

    Job Description

    • Daily Social Networks—SNs—trend analysis and hot topic reporting.

    Key Requirements:

    Accounting Manager

    Details:

    The Accounting Manager would be responsible for supervising and directing the accounting functions. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the collection and analysis of financial information including general ledger, and also managing the SAP first line support.

    Responsibilities

    • Under limited supervision, plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise staff engaged in various financial activities of the organisation and resolve financial system issues.
    • Reconcile general ledger accounts, subsidiary ledgers, and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
    • Perform cost analysis and recommend process improvements for cost-effectiveness.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
    • Provides technical guidance and expertise to subordinates and client management and/or technical staff in the day-to-day management of accounting activities.
    • Implement best practice SAP support and change control processes.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree/HND in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
    • Relevant professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA is an added advantage.
    • Experience working with a reputable or multinational company preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of proven work experience in an Accounting or Financial supervisory role.
    • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.
