    Field Sales Manager, Office Furniture

    Details:

    The role of the Field Sales Manager is to lead and motivate the sales team, implement marketing strategies, and ensure sales targets are met timely.

    Duties of the Field Sales Manager include:

    • Leading a team of sales representatives
    • Liaising with top management ensuring sales targets are met
    • Analysing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information.
    • Training sales team on sales techniques, administration and product.
    • Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies
    • Generating new leads and developing existing customers
    • Responding to customer enquiries
    • Work with customer service team to deliver and improve sales performance across different territories

    Requirements for the role:

    • Strong communication skills
    • In depth understanding of sales and marketing principles
    • Experienced user of sales CRM systems
    • Experience leading and managing a team
    • Formal sales training
    • Proven sales experience
    • Degree in marketing, economics or related fields.

    Requirements

    • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
    • Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing director
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
    • Proven ability to position products against competitors
    • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • BA/BSc degree or equivalent
