    Admin Manager

    PRIMARY FUNCTION:

    Ensuring the Office operations runs smoothly daily and overseeing projects

    KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities)

    • Assist  in / Manage the day to day operations of the organization
    • Provide general administrative support to the office, including preparing correspondence, and monitoring the budget, project report review
    • Coordinate and manage projects across company departments
    • Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with clients/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions
    • Negotiate and liaise with vendors ensuring that  standards are maintained
    • Maintain the set standards of premises 
    • Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
    • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
    • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility
    • Oversee and ensure progress of various projects

    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    EDUCATION

    • BSc or its equivalent
    • 5 years and above experience in a similar role
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
    • Preferably Male

    Accountant

    PRIMARY FUNCTION:

    Handling all accounting duties and ensuring the accounting process is seamless.

    KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities)

    • This individual will be responsible for the following functions, among other accounting functions assigned to him/her.
    • Preparation and processing of payments.
    • Reconciliation of bank and cash accounts.
    • Giving payment advice to vendors.
    • Account reconciliation with vendors.
    • Handling all bank transactions
    • Preparing Financial report monthly
    • Overseeing and Supervising the cashier

    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good accounting skills
    • A good team player
    • Good numerical accuracy
    • Accountability, honesty and transparency
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Able to meet deadlines

    EDUCATION

    • BSc or its equivalent
    • 3 years and above experience in a similar role
    • Knowledge of accounting packages
    • Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Preferably Female

    Cashier

    PRIMARY FUNCTION:

    Ensuring all cash transaction are accounted for and reconciled daily.

    KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities)

    • To handle cash transactions
    • Make proper book-keeping
    • Prepare weekly report of expenditure
    • Be in charge of cash disbursement
    • Make petty cash disbursements
    • Maintain the cash book and petty cash book
    • Maintain a proper filing system
    • Supervise the waiter/waitress

    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic accounting skills
    • A good team player
    • Basic numerical accuracy
    • Accountability, honesty and transparency

    Front Desk/Receptionist

    PRIMARY FUNCTION:

    To be able to represent the company in the best professional manner to visitors and employees.

    KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities)

    • Receive, Direct & relay telephone messages.
    • Redirect calls as appropriate & take adequate messages when required.
    • Receive, date stamp all general correspondence
    • Assist in the planning & preparation of meetings, conferences & conference calls.
    • Respond to public enquires
    • Greet, direct & assist visitors.
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
    • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
    • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
    • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

    • Stress management skills
    • Time management skills
    • Able to handle high volume of telephone calls with courtesy, speed & accuracy
    • Display a high degree of poise & professionalism.
    • Excellent organizational skills
