    Offshore Operations Technician

     As the Offshore Operations Technician, you would carry out first-line maintenance in area of responsibility while maintaining close liaison with the Control Room and perform operational actions requested by the Shift Supervisor, Control Room Technician.

    • You would monitor and effectively control consumption of materials and consumables associated with production in area of responsibility.
    • You would maintain a vigilant lookout for faults on installation safety systems and process plant to ensure issues are captured and rectified in a timely manner.
    • You would also act as a member of the Operations Support Team in Emergency Response situations when required.
    • For the successful applicant, at least 10 years or more experience in similar role.
    • You must have adequate knowledge of process engineering, operating deck and cargo facilities.

    Finance Manager

     As the Finance Manager, you would contribute to the achievement of company’s objectives and overall performance by providing advice, guidance on financial strategy. You would ensure accurate monthly reporting, overall financial planning and control, management of financial strategy and operational performance.

    You would oversee all accounting and costing procedures and systems used including the support for a culture that effectively uses enterprise resource planning software/system, you would develop analysis tools and drive strong decision making on robust project forecasting based on strong financial analysis and discipline to identify and minimize risk.

    Successful applicant will have;

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any relevant discipline
    • Minimum of 6years of relevant experience within E & P company
    • The candidate must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with experience at management level in Oil & Gas industry

    EPC/ Fabrication Projects Co-ordinator

    Responsibilities:

    As the EPC/ Fabrication Projects Co-ordinator, you would be focused on driving operational output and performance for the company as you would also plan, co-ordinate, budget and control fabrication processes in accordance with the client’s standard. You would be engaged in a highly exciting and challenging task of improving operational planning and processes to produce on time and 100% to specification plus at maximum profit. You would implement manufacturing cost reductions and continuous improvement activities.

    You would lead production team and meetings, reviews to drive action and ensure that customer due dates are achieved, with customers made aware of any potential slippage and revised dates. You would ensure that all relevant health & safety and environmental regulations are strictly adhered to and that working practices are safe and robust. You would drive on-time delivery performance to meet and exceed customer delivery dates.

     

     

    The Successful Applicant

    • For the successful EPC/ Fabrication Projects Co-ordinator, Minimum of a good first degree, B. Sc in Engineering with at least 15 years Construction experience in handling Production Equipment like Pressure Vessels, Tanks, & Piping, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors, Heavy Structures.
    • You should have good in-depth knowledge of fabrication codes, standards and practice.
    • Experience with a ASME U Stamp authorized fabrication facility is a distinct advantage & ISO 9001:2008 experience.

    Project Facility Co-ordinator

    Responsibilities:

    As the Project Facility Co-ordinator, you would be charged with evolving management process, maintain standards and best practice to ensure outstanding levels of customer service and support. You would oversee the execution of partnership agreements and ensure that the Company optimizes benefits from such relationships. You would give leadership and guidance to the team, and also contribute to the overall business strategy and manage the deliverables, including revenue and profit.

     

    You would formulate strategic business policies, define objectives, set and monitor achievement of business targets. You would deliver revenue growth and increased profits while ensuring the business is robust enough to withstand increasing competition from established players and new market entrants. You would provide strong inspirational leadership, energy, vision and strategic skills in order to maximise the effective performance of people, finance and assets in delivering the vision of the company.

     

     

    The Successful Applicant

    For the successful Project Facility Co-ordinator:

     

    • Minimum of a good first degree in Engineering. Master’s degree in Business Administration and professional qualifications will be added advantage.
    • Minimum of 15years cognate experience - not less than 10 years in Senior Management Position, in related industrial sectors especially- Mechanical ad Fabrication projects.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all business and management levels.
