    MOC CCR / Radio Operator

    • Operate radio equipment in order to communicate with ships, medic, offshore fields, and emergency team
    • Monitors security and safety incidents and movement of the vessel during convoy, interfield field trips, specific escort through HF/VHF/ SAT Communications Network
    • Advises users of the VHF/HF Network to comply with standard procedures of communications and provides guidance when deemed necessary;
    • Conduct periodic equipment inspections and routine tests in order to ensure that operations standards are met.

    • Ensure working station is operational - All communication means operational (VHF - HF -VSAT/IMMARSAT - Phone - email system. Report any lapses.

    • Radios with volume audible - set up on right frequency
    • Radio check to be logged following the day/night schedule. When a boat or Field security teams do not respond, confirm her position on VMAS If no result, inform security representative on site and MOC: this situation has to be considered as an emergency.
    • Inform security vessel when operations start and finish.
    • Ensure all vessels (supply + security) part of the inbound movement from Offshore to ONNE report departure time. Report in real time to Sec Cons & Sec Sup
    • Ensure by radio and VMAS watch that all vessels (supply + security) planned to reach COMPANY field (refers convoy orders) use the proper maritime corridor and respect arrival procedure
    • Regular radio contact with all vessels operating within the field (every 2 hours during the night, 4 hours during the day).

    Senior Contracts Engineer - Drilling & Completion

    Qualifications

    • A degree in Engineering, Management or Social Sciences
    • A background in drilling and Membership of relevant professional bodies in the Supply Chain and in Operational functions will be an added advantage.
    • Up to 12 years experience in oil well construction activities of which 5 should be in contract administration.
    • Demonstrable general knowledge and understanding of commercial, legal and insurance issues affecting the company in general.

    Subsea QA/QC Inspector

    Qualifications

    • Participate in developing shipping strategy in co-operation with other members of the transit team taking into account the eventual synergy plans on dedicated projects.
    • Propose improvement and generation of the shipping section procedures and policies to the Manager.
    • Ensure maintenance of Database for tracking all shipments
    • Monitor shipping trends on the International scene

    Qualilfications

    • A graduate of any Social Science discipline with at least 4 years experience in international trade / shipping in similar activities
    • Good inter-personal skills. Good computing software skills.

    • Document all requests for transportation service to ensure all request are attended to.
    • Allocate drivers to satisfy transportation requests.
    • Ensure a smooth operation of circuits to and from schools, residences, staff bus routes and also to and from hotels, etc.
    • Ensure all passengers are transported to the airport and picked from the airport to the place of accommodation or office.
    • Input transport operations data in transport VRS tool and generate drivers administration report and vehicle usage periodic report

    Qualifications

    • HND in Social Sciences or Engineering.
    • Ability to work under pressure plus 3 years experience in drivers’ supervision
