Job Description

• Procurement of all major equipment & material including OCTG, Completion Equipment, Consumables, Drill bits, Packers and all other associated equipment used on a 2BN USD drilling campaign
• Preparation of Purchase Order and expediting for approval.
• Ensure compliance of rules and ethics.
• Recommend best purchasing practices to ensure saving for the company.
• SAP Super-user for Contracts, PO’s, Inbound Delivery, Service Entry & cleared for invoicing
• Identifying & sourcing goods globally in accordance with good industry practices
• Reviewing cost and quality control for purchase against the contract
• Responsible for conducting competitive tenders online with Ariba
• Expedite purchase order delivery and ensure timely resolution supplier payment anomalies.
• Upstream material planning with user Department – Dueting
• Complying with Company HSE and QA/QC policies.
• Expedition
• Reporting
• Any Other Tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years experience in Oil and Gas industry, including some knowledge of Procurement activities, Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and e-sourcing internet tools
• English fluent.
