    Store Leads

    Job Summary
    The Store Lead is responsible for maximising sales by developing and implementing new strategies to increase sales, improve customer relations and meet sales target.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop sales strategies to reach new customers and also attract the attention of already existing ones to boost sales in the department.
    • Ensure availability of merchandise by monitoring inventory levels and re-stocking as at when due.
    • Identify current trends and forecast future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential/ actual customers and other competitors in the industry.
    • Mediate between sales team and management to address complaints and dissatisfaction from both parties.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance sales and maintain sales process.
    • Inspect Store to ensure that all Merchandise has been effectively displayed.
    • Ensure compliance of merchandising checklists, standard operating procedures and adherence to store policies and procedures.
    • Continuously coach, train, motivate and influence Store Reps to deliver superior customer service and meet their monthly sales targets.
    • Resolves escalated Customer queries/complaint as they arise.

    Desired Competence & Experience                          

    • 3-5 years experience in retail or fashion industry.
    • B.Sc. degree in related field.
    • Must be sales oriented with an excellent supervisory skill.
    • Problem solving skill with strong analytic and innovative skill.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to interact with clients and team members.
    • Must be able to a use a computer (especially Microsoft Word and Excel) comfortably to generate reports and other required correspondence

    Admin Officer

    Job Summary:

    Contributes to organisation’s success by ensuring the timely provision of quality administrative functions, including but not limited to; facility management, equipment and office supplies management, fleet management, and to ensure that all staff are provided with the right tools to carry out their jobs efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide secretarial, administrative support and assistance to management and other staff.
    • Update customer database, general filing systems and staff files.
    • Takes minutes of meeting.
    • Ensure office equipment required for operations are available and working perfectly.
    • Responsible for the purchase and distribution of uniforms and other office supplies to staff.
    • Obtain quotes for all purchases when necessary.
    • Responsible to maintain the generator and vehicle movement log.
    • Responsible to engage and manage vendors during repairs or installations within the premises when necessary.
    • Ensure vehicle’s licences/permits are updated in a timely manner and all office vehicles are properly maintained and serviced when due.
    • Responsible for liaising with the Operations Assistant to make arrangements for courier and deliveries.
    • Coordinate the cleaning of the office premises to maintain good ambience.

    Desired Competencies and Experience:            

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Botany, Agric Science, Plant Science, Horticulture, Floriculture or any other related field.
    • Should be conversant with office administration procedures & systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to plan own work and performs duties in an organised and timely manner.
    • High accuracy in record keeping and documentation.
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge of Ms Word, Excel & Power Point.
    • Must be self motivated, flexible, have a friendly disposition and a sound judgement.
