    Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Manager

    Organizational Context

    Immediate Supervisor:   Director

     Our Client is a Key player in the Health Care Sector

     Job Purpose
    The ICT Manager is a key member of the executive team whose primary role is to be accountable and further develop, manage and provide strategic direction to the Facility’s ICT Department. He/she must ensure that the ICT Department provides a high level of support and services and delivers according to the Facility’s requirements, expectations and are aligned with the overall strategy.

    All ICT staff within the Facility

    Core Functional Responsibilities

    • Plans, organizes and directs the overall operation and function of the ICT Department.
    • Provides leadership, and evaluation of the activities of the IT Department,
    • Participates in the development of strategic goals, objectives and plans for the Facility and IT. Provides leadership in executing these plans.
    • Provides leadership in defining the process and service levels to be delivered. Ensures that service levels are adequate and meets the Facility and end-user needs. To this end, systematically gathers and registers end-user satisfaction at every service encounter, constantly setting quality of service targets and implementing service improvement measures.
    • Participates in capital operating budget preparation and demand management related to all ICT requests received.
    • Ensures that the ICT Department maintains the infrastructure, network, key applications, desktop support, business continuity and proper disaster recovery procedures.
    • Manages and monitors the installation of new software and hardware.
    • Manages and monitors the computer and peripheral preventative maintenance program.
    • Drive and monitor performance management process for the ICT Staff.
    • Ensures the maintenance of standards in Quality and Safety in the Department.
    • Participates in applicable education and meetings in order to support end users need.
    • Participates in the assessment of learning needs and provides opportunities for development of IT Staff
    • Implements organizational structure which promotes shared accountability, high achievement and compliance with applicable laws and regulations; this to include electronic linkages and care delivery tools.

    Minimum Educational Requirements:          
    Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience, to include experience in a leadership role.
    • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred,
    • Demonstrated knowledge in delivering quality results, client satisfaction and operational efficiencies and excellence

    Procurement Assistant Clerk

    Our Client is a key player in the Manufacturing Sector.

    Core Functional Responsibilities

    • Market Survey and Market errands
    • Receive of incoming mails and dispatch of outgoing mails from and to banks and    clearing agents
    • Maintenance of files in line with ISO standard.
    • Dispatch of various supply chain documents to store, finance, warehouse and other sections of the organization.
    • Management of procurement tender board.
    • To provide Cover during vacation.
    • Organize all procurement activities relating to development of bid lists, request for     proposals, and collection of bids and distribution of bid documents
    • Oversee/process day-to-day administrative items: mail, courier packages.
    • Receive, open, screen, log and date stamp bid responses and forward on as required
    • Perform several clerical duties such as maintaining files, data entry, complete and process purchase requisition forms and Sispro Requisition.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments as requested.
    • Perform related tasks as assigned
    • Follow up on open orders as appropriate; expedites late delivery to achieve on time delivery. Run DIFOT reports and present to vendors
    • Correspond with suppliers for quotation, maintain contact with vendors regarding current status of PO.

    Candidate must be honest, hardworking, and able to demonstrate strong personal qualities of responsibility and self-discipline.

    Requirements and Experience

    • Be between the ages of 25 and 38 years old.
    • Have at least an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Economics, Accounting, Financial   Studies, Statistics or any other related numeric fields.
    • Have working experience in Supply Chain Management.
    • Have good communication skills and must be fluent in English Language.
    • Must be comfortable with number, gathering of procurement data, analysis and good in record keeping.
    • Must be Computer Literate.
    • Should be able to work with minimum supervision.
