    Customer Service Agent

    Job Description

    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
    • Attract potential customers by answering product and service specific questions and cross-selling
    • Register new members.
    • Resolve product or service complaint.
    • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies in keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents

    Requirements

    • Minimum qualification:SSCE
    • Good written and verbal communication skill
    • Experience in working with children preferred.
    • Good team player.
    • Close proximity to kado estate preferred
