    Shift Maintenance Controller

    Job Details

    • The Shift Maintenance controller reports to the Plant Engineer and is majorly responsible for implementation and execution of planned and scheduled maintenance orders and ensures full usage of SAP PM.

    Plant Spare Parts Storekeeper

    The Plant Spare parts Storekeeper reports to the Plant Engineer and the key responsibilities for the role are:

    • Make a documentation with the prescribed template for the creation of the needed Material with required CCHellenic attributes in liaison with the maintenance planners and plant Engineer.
    • Ensure Inventory Optimization through stock verification in own plant and NBC to ensure you share inventory with plant who has stock.
    • Make ordering of stock using system PRs for STOs and chasing STO delivery.
    • Ensure Quality and Quantity inspection of all incoming spare parts.
    • Maintain Inventory accuracy with correct quantity check, correct classification, correct batch numbers, correct sub-packaging, correct labelling, updated bar code labels, correct posting of bin cards, on-line posting of transactions in SAP and correct stock reconciliation.
    • Issue materials in active reservation at 100% strike rate to work orders.
    • Receive spare parts returned to store with proper credit and debit.
    • Ensure Quality of stock with correct storage arrangement, Appropriate Storage condition, practicing FIFO and Age analysis report.
    • Train the store clerks and ensure maximum safety for the personnel. 
    • Maintain effective communication with Maintenance, Finance, Central stores, other plants storekeepers and Suppliers.
    • Ensure accurate quarterly Physical Inventory, regular circle count and reconciliation of short/over with Finance.
    • Generate stock reports from SAP for regular management decision such as: Duplicated material codes, slow movers, Spare Parts for decommissioned equipment.

    Plant Engineer

    The Plant Engineer reports to the Plant Manager the key responsibilities of the role are:

    • Provided maintenance development guidelines with systems for maintenance development are aligned to Group & Regional asset care strategy

    Quality Assurance Manager

    Details

    • Coordinates all Quality activities in the Plant.
    • Develop and implement appropriate procedures in line with the Coca-Cola Operating Requirement and ISO standards to ensure all products meet stipulated quality and food safety standards and are produced and stored under conditions that make them fit for human consumption.
    • Supervise and drive all Quality Improvement initiatives and measures to achieve effective operations of all bottling equipment that could have negative impact on products quality and ensure proper functioning of all laboratory equipment and oversee water treatment and syrup mixing operation to ensure they meet company requirement

    Maintainance Planner

    The Maintenance Planner reports to the Maintenance Systems Engineer/Plant Engineer and the key responsibilities of the role are:

    •  In association with PE/CE/MSE, prepare maintenance strategies for the BU and be responsible for operation of same.
    • Develop and ensure execution of maintenance activity plans by MCs.
    • Review job requests, create job orders, schedule and allocate maintenance work for plant or part of as assigned.

    Spare Parts Store Clerk

    Job Details
    The Plant Spare parts Clerk reports to the Plant Storekeeper and the key responsibilities for the role are:

    • Ensure availability of engineering spare parts in right quantity and right quality.
    • Maintain quality Item record via effective inventory Management.
    • Accountability and Security of inventory.
    • Ensure Inventory Optimization through stock verification in own plant and NBC to ensure sharing inventory with plant who has stock.
    • Make ordering of stock using system PRs for STOs and chasing STO delivery as may be assigned by the storekeeper.
    • Ensure Quality and Quantity inspection of all incoming spare parts.
    • Maintain Inventory accuracy with correct quantity check, correct classification, correct batch numbers, correct sub-packaging, correct labelling, updated bar code labels, correct posting of bin cards, on-line posting of transactions in SAP and correct stock reconciliation.
    • Issue materials in active reservation at 100% strike rate to work orders.
    • Receive spare parts returned to store with proper credit and debit.
    • Ensure Quality of stock with correct storage arrangement, Appropriate Storage condition, practicing FIFO and Age analysis report.
    • Attend prescribed training ensure maximum safety of personnel. 
    • Maintain effective communication with Maintenance, Finance and Central stores.
    • Verify materials in transit against your plant and from your plant to enable them cleared within the financial period.
    • Ensure timely posting of Stock cards and liquidation of manual transactions during Physical inventory or when system is not accessible.
    • Ensure that all bar code labels are updated and pasted correctly.
    • Ensure that the racks, bins and materials in stock are neatly and nicely cleaned and well arranged.
    • Ensure proper handling of any other assignments /duties given by management.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • B.Sc or HND Degree in Social science, Purchasing and Supply, Engineering or Accounting with minimum of 5 years working experience in a spare parts store.
    • OND with Min of 10years experience as a store clerk in a spare parts store.
    • Technically inclined and able to identify spare parts and their general functions.
    • Good understanding and experience of (SAP) system for Spare parts inventory management.
    • Good in quantitative analysis, good application of excel, words document and power point.
    • Passion for clean and neat store layout.
    • Engineering Maintenance practices in NBC.
    • People friendly and team player.
    • Availability for service on demand after regular work hours.
