    Responsibilities

    • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
    • Championing the development of sales presentations and proposals
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Liaising with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
    • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Conducting market research and competitor and customer analysis
    • Developing promotional ideas and materials

    Requirements

    • Degree in Marketing/ business administration or a related field
    • Previous experience as a technical sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
