Responsibilities

• Successful candidate will among other things perform the following duties:
• Assist the Project Accountant in overseeing IITA Stations’ account;
• Assist in reviewing and uploading of stations’ transaction into Oracle through Finix, calculation of reimbursement amount on imprest account and writing out of payment instructions;
• Assist in processing payments and transfer of funds to partner, collaborators and IITA Stations’;
• Review of Bank reconciliation statements for IITA stations account;
• Assist in preparing year-end audit schedule on imprest and challenge project;
• Assist in monthly preparation of imprest scheduled for management accounts;
• Assist in periodic financial statements to donor;
• Perform any their duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Accounting or related field with at least Five (5) years in project management.

Competencies
Ideal Candidate must:

• Be computer literate
• Have good knowledge of Oracle Financials and Finix.
• Must be articulate and very good with figures.
