    Client Service Officer

    JOB OBJECTIVE(S)

    • To sell and attend to clients in the showroom

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Act as primary point of contact for the DO.II Designs Limited clients
    • Attend to clients on the shop-floor, taking their orders and enquiries, and advising clients of possibilities and options available
    • Attend to drapery clients by assisting in fabrics selection, color combination
    • Fill drapery works order for Tailoring to prepare measurement charts
    • Initiate necessary client paperwork for processing client orders
    • Ensure that quotes are prepared and delivered to clients on time
    • Provide adequate information to customers when enquiries are made
    • Advice clients on fabric selection and finishes for their orders via emails and phone calls
    • Inform operations/ production department on client issues and complaints, also follow-through issues for complete resolution
    • Ensure proper filing of clients documents
    • Follow-up on interested walk-in client with quotations
    • Ensure clients complaints are directed to the appropriate quarters, and the right feedback is delivered back to the clients
    • Ensure a seamless buying experience for the customer
    • Ensure all items on display are properly tagged

    QUALIFICATION

    • B.Sc. in any related field.
    • Certification in Customer Service or related field is an added advantage
    • Must be very good with Microsoft office suite

    EXPERIENCE

    • 2-3 years experience in Client service/Customer service role.

    Head of Marketing

    JOB OBJECTIVE(S)

    • Generate LARGE volume sales
    • Source and generate corporate business to improve the bottom-line.
    • Manage DO. II Designs activities in ensuring maximum profitability

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines of DO.II Designs and advise on possible new lines based on the market requirements.
    2. Manage sales, client relations and business development of the company within defined geographic areas.
    3. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning, deployment of sales personnel. 
    4. Perform sales & marketing activities in relations to business development to establish new clients & business opportunities. 
    5. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the DO.II sales team by developing the team through motivation, skills development and product knowledge development.
    6. Monitor the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports and cyclical sales meetings with the General Manager. 
    7. Hold regular meeting with the Sales, Project and Client service team
    8. Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each of the sales team. 
    9. Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales result
    10. Review expenses and recommends measures for judicious use of company’s resources. 
    11. Formulate and implements all sales policies, practices and procedures
    12. Assist the Sales & CSO personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with clients and personally establishes the same with top echelon decision makers.
    13. Provide weekly & monthly reports of sales, assessment of Sales & CSO staff productivity in the management report and recommending areas of improvement for the department and the business.

    QUALIFICATION
    First degree Marketing or Business related field and an MBA
    Excellent written and spoken communication skills
    Excellent Soft skills e.g. planning and time management skills
    Ability to multi-task
    Ability to manage and coordinate multiple process flows
    Analytical and diagnostic thought pattern and process
    Passionate and aggressive client follow-up ability
    Increase client base

    EXPERIENCE
    A minimum of 5 years experience is required.
