    • The ideal candidate will direct, plan, develop and coordinate Engineering operations and support business development activities.
    • Manage the Engineering department and coordinate projects, communicate with all the relevant departments and ensures all relevant inputs are implemented for timely delivery of targets.

    • Monitor, measure team progress and make detailed plans to accomplish goals, perform administrative functions including team management,writing monthly reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, taking decisions and ensure optimal performance of the department.


    • B.Eng/HND in Electrical Electronic Engineering.
    • Minimum of 7 cognate years of working experience in related iudustry, Proficient in Project Management and must be a registered Engineer.

    • Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements .
    • Assess customers' met and uumer needs. and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm .
    • Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the Key Account Sales manager and prepare budgets, bids, proposals, manage technical teams and liaise with management, QC, 80 Unit for projects .
    • Strong presentation skills required, including experience in presenting and influencing senior audience.


    • B.Eng or HND in Electrical Electronic Engineering.
    • Minimum of 5 years working experience in related industry.
    • Professional Membership is an added advantage (e.g. NSE, COREN).

    • The sales executive will be responsible for selling company's product portfolio to new and existing customers,
    • Prospecting, business development, developing proposals, Organizing and leading customer appointments, qualify opportunities, manage proposals and make formal customer presentations .
    • Forecasting, understanding account requirements, negotiating terms of agreement, driving responses to RFPs, making product presentations, building reference accounts, preparing contracts, overcoming objections, initiating and closing sales .
    • Report daily and monthly sales operations and manage other sales activities.


    • B.Eng or HND in Electrical Electronic Engineering.
    • A professional qualification will be an added advantage.
    • Candidate must possess a valid driver's license & must have to 5 years sales experience.
