Basic qualifications:

Details:
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
•Accountable for the proper handling, storage and reconciliation for all finished goods on site
•Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to central warehouse and partners
•Ensure prompt loading and issuance of finished products for accomplishment of sales and distribution objectives
•Ensure that all goods are received, stacked and covered with appropriate documentation and are dispatched to the needy department on time
• Assist in maintaining efficient, stocking and issuing transactions that are in compliance with GMP/Warehouse practices such that quality standards are met, {FIFO principles and prevent obsolescence
• Collate accurate Inventory data for management information and decision making
•Collate accurate stock data for report on availability of finished products for efficient movement of finished goods through the distribution net work.
•Plan regular inspection to ensure implementation and continuous compliance to EHS policies as it affects warehousing.
•Ensure good record keeping and provide clear reconciliation of goods received from production, stock balance and shipped to commercial.
•Arrange and ensure accurate stock physical counting – monthly, quarterly and yearly
•Ensure effective utilization of manpower and forklift equipment by monitoring the activities of forklift operators
•Ensure proper handling, storage and segregation of materials adhering to GMP at all times to avoid damage and cross- contamination
•Provide adequate supervision to ensures proper maintenance of forklifts
•Ensure all returns from the production floor are immediately transferred from the assembly area to their respective locations
•Ensure damaged stock are transferred to production and rework records kept for decision making
•Ensure proper housekeeping inside the warehouse at all times
•Ensure effective tracking of transfer/return of goods and Pallets in and out of Agbara site

•Graduate or Diploma holder in purchasing and supply or Certified Institute of Warehousing and Material Management or certificate in storekeeping management

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
•Receive and monitor incoming inventory in the Finished Goods warehouse by ensuring proper reconciliation and storage of finished goods, received from the three value streams (NHD, OTC & OHC)
•Ensure 100% wholesome product for shipment
•Maintain a leaker free warehouse through daily reconciliation
•Ensure daily truck shipment target is achieved
•Prompt daily products receipt from the three Value streams
•Products receipt verification (quantity and lots)
•Products shipment verification (quantity and lots loaded)
•Daily transfer of leakers to production for rework
•Products inspection for leakers/damaged products
•Conduct daily/weekly rack inspection
•Update daily leakers tracker
•Complete weekly Cycle counts/Stock counts.
•Prompt check of products release (i.e. mfg-pro system/physical)
•Check trucks before loading
•Check racking of products
•Participate in monthly, quarterly and year-end stock taking exercise
•Observe warehouse Monthly BOS as per monthly schedule

•Related post graduate qualification will be an advantage

•Strong analytical competence – excellent proficiency in use of Excel. Excellent proficiency in analysis and interpretation of sales data

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
•Work with the Medical Director, to design and implement medical strategy in HIV therapy area.
•Provide Scientific and cross-functional support to other departments within the scope of Medical and Brand Plans
•Support the identification and development of Key Opinion Leaders for Medical Education and Clinical Research Opportunities in HIV therapy area
•Support with the Scientific Engagements of Key Opinion Leaders, Healthcare Practitioners, Professional Associations, Decision Makers and Key Stakeholders in HIV therapy area
•Implement Scientific Engagement Activities e.g. medical education meetings. Deliver quality medical education presentations in a variety of settings and obtain valuable feedback that can be disseminated throughout the organization.
•Support strategic medical/scientific input to commercial activities of the Business units including pre-launch and life cycle management initiatives
•Evaluate, report and follow up on adverse events of marketed products.
•Support the provision of Medical/Scientific expertise in alignment with local commercial activities including pre-launch, launch and life cycle management initiatives
•Cascade the International Promotional and Marketing Codes to all relevant departments.
