    Business Development Analyst

    Basic qualifications:
    •A good first degree preferably in a business related field
    •Related post graduate qualification will be an advantage
    •Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
    •Strong analytical competence – excellent proficiency in use of Excel. Excellent proficiency in analysis and interpretation of sales data

    Details:
    The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

    • •Execute the company‘s growth agenda realization via sales analytics (including tracking and reporting of set KPIs) and developing business intelligence via the sales force and 3rd party retail audit firms

        oMarket Intelligence Report

        oNielsen Report

    • •Support the business through channel, product and customer investment analysis, as well as driving key initiative such as profitability performance management of the various sales channels and the brands
    • •Identify and develop plans for implementing new business opportunities and channels
    • •Generate reports that will provide strategic action plans for the business and business impacts
    • •Business Management, Business Partnering and Decision Support for the Sales Department
    • •Drive implementation of special projects e.g. sales force automation
    • •Conduct a Health Check on Partners to track and measure performance of partners
    • •Opex Review – Actively monitor Opex Report (Actual vs. Budget )
    • •Champion the Pre-DRM process.
