Store Assistant at Jellygold Scents

Key Responsibilities

• Receive confirmed customer orders from the team WhatsApp group and prepare them promptly
• Fill perfume oils into the correct bottles, canisters, or nozzle bottles as specified per order
• Double-check every completed order for accuracy before it is marked as ready
• Maintain and update stock/inventory records regularly
• Monitor fragrance oil levels during fulfilment and immediately flag any item that is running low
• Keep the workspace clean, organised, and ready for daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Trustworthy, honest, and highly detail-oriented
• Physically organised — able to manage multiple products without mix-ups
• A fast learner who can pick up product knowledge quickly
• Prior experience in a fulfilment, beauty, or product-handling role is a plus but not required
• Must reside in Ogba or very close surrounding areas (non-negotiable)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
