    Wealth Management Executive (IMTT)

    Job Summary

    • As an Independent Wealth Management Executive, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our wealth management business by acquiring new clients and fostering long-term relationships.
    • This role is ideal for individuals who possess a dynamic personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales.
    • They would possess strong negotiation skills to navigate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company.
    • The ideal candidates will always present themselves in a manner that reflects the high standards of our financial services firm. This includes maintaining a well-groomed and polished appearance, dressing in business attire that aligns with our corporate image, and exuding a professional demeanor in all client interactions.
    • A neat and presentable appearance is crucial in building trust and confidence with our clients.
    • While we value charisma and a sales-oriented mindset, we are seeking professionals at a junior and mid-level stage with a drive for sales in a fast paced industry.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Independently identify and acquire new clients for wealth management services through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
    • Conduct financial needs analysis and present tailored wealth management solutions to clients, aligning with their financial goals and objectives.
    • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and staying informed about changes in their financial circumstances.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s wealth management services.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions and transactions.
    • Provide regular reports on leads, client acquisition and revenue generation, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Any other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a ND, HND or its equivalent in any field.
    • 1-3 years’ experience in sales in any industry, sales experience within financial services or wealth management is a plus
    • Charismatic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Smart and sharp Professional outlook
    • Ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets.
    • Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
    • High ethical standards and integrity in all financial dealings, placing the clients' best interests at the forefront.

    • Ability to establish trust and credibility with clients.

    Telesales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The specific objective of the telesales is to sell products and services over digital channels particularly phone, emails, SMS and social media chats.
    • This means the ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
    • They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts which lead to converting potential leads into actual transactions.
    • The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities, minimum of 50 transactions monthly.
    • Providing market research through outbound calling
    • Surveying customer satisfaction
    • Generating additional transactions outside assigned leads to meet sales targets
    • Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
    • Answering questions about products or the company
    • Asking questions to understand customer requirements, sending applicable documents and requirements
    • Exploring and adopting strategies to contact customers particularly RNR bucket and curate responses and feedback
    • Producing reports and making recommendations to the team lead to be used as guidance in decision-making pertaining to the strategy for lead engagement and consummation
    • Providing brand recognition by leaving leads with an excellent impression of a company through effective customer relations, empathy and effective communication skills
    • Converting difficult leads into customers
    • Cutting costs per sales while increasing conversion rates by reducing contact expenses and effectively utilizing conversation minutes per lead
    • Generating investment/savings leads to meet sales target in wealth management portfolio
    • Any other tasks assigned by your supervisor

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Minimum conversion count of 50 transactions monthly.
    • Average first contact time of 1hour
    • Channel utilization to maximize customer response.
    • Successful outreach recorded via calls, email, chats and SMS blasts.
    • Customer satisfaction scores or Net Promoter Score (NPS) related to lead engagement.
    • Customer retention rate of 60%
    • Generation of investment/savings account to meet monthly target

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, HND or equivalent in any field of study.
    • Experience in contact center or customer service role with ability to make minimum of 100 calls daily
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
    • Previous experience in financial services particularly with a record in fund mobilization.
