    Water Treatment Plants Operator

    Job Summary

    • Water treatment operator should ensure safe and efficient operation of our water treatment & filtration plants. Operator will be responsible for running the WTP plants, monitoring and maintaining the quality of the water we produce, as well as complying with all environmental and health regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate and maintain water treatment equipment and systems, such as pumps, filters, chemical feeders, and disinfection & dosing units
    • Operate Deminerised water Plant independently
    • Monitor and adjust water treatment processes and parameters, such as pH, turbidity, chlorine, and fluoride levels, to ensure optimal water quality.
    • Collect and analyze water samples using various testing methods and instruments, and record and report the results
    • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on water treatment plant facilities and equipment, and report any malfunctions or defects
    • Follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response plans
    • Maintain accurate and complete records of water treatment activities, such as meter readings, chemical usage, and maintenance logs
    • Communicate and coordinate with other water treatment operators, supervisors, and managers
    • Keep abreast of new developments and technologies in water treatment

    Qualifications

    • ND / HND in Engineering / Utility or equivalent
    • 3+ years of experience with water treatment plant operation and maintenance, or related field
    • Knowledge of water treatment principles, processes, and chemistry
    • Knowledge of environmental and health regulations and standards for drinking water quality
    • Skill in operating and maintaining water treatment equipment and systems
    • Skill in performing water quality tests and analyses
    • Skill in troubleshooting and problem-solving
    • Skill in using computers and software applications
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

    Forklift Operations Team Lead

    Job Description

    • As a Forklift Lead, Primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the operations of the forklift within organization.
    • You will be responsible for Safety, Daily Operations & Maintenance of forklift operators and ensuring smooth running of all forklift Equipments.

    Safety Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the forklift sections.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections/Health Audit of Fork lifts.
    • Provide safety training to Fork lift operators & Technicians
    • Enforce safe operating procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

    Operational Planning:

    • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies for the forklift section.
    • Coordinate with other departments, such as warehouse, logistics, and production, to ensure all Fork lifts are running as per basic conditions.

    Team Supervision:

    • Manage and supervise a team of forklift operators, including hiring, training, and performance management.
    • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.

    Equipment Maintenance:

    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of forklifts and related equipment.
    • Schedule regular inspections
    • Co-ordinate servicing and repairs, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
    • Ensure Preventive Maintenance Carried out as per schedules.
    • Ensure Critical spares, PM Spares & Consumables are available all the time.

    Performance Monitoring:

    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forklift operations, such as DT, PM Compliance, Safety Incidents, R&M Expenditures etc., Identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and report performance metrics to management. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate documentation of forklift operations, Like:
      • Daily Log books
      • Daily Check List.
      • Preventive Maintenance Schedules
      • History Cards.
      • Training & Development reports.
      • Critical spares records etc.,
      • Audit reports.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND with 5-10 years experience.

    Laboratory Chemist / Analyst

    Description 

    • Physico-chemical analysis of water, raw materials, intermediate products and finished products
    • Monitoring of fermentation and distillation process to ensure compliance to Good Manufacturing Practice
    • Calibration of Laboratory equipment as and when due
    • Preparation of Testing re-agent for Laboratory use.
    • Carry out analysis of Treated Effluent water

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND in relevant fields with 2 - 5 years work experience.

    Boiler Operator

    Job Description

    • A boiler operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of boilers and related equipment to generate steam or hot water for heating, processing, or power generation purposes. They play a critical role in ensuring the continuous operation of boiler systems in Plant for ENA Operations & Bottling Plant.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Boiler Operation: Monitor and control boiler systems to maintain proper steam pressure, temperature, and water levels. Start up, shut down, and adjust boiler operations as needed to meet demand and ensure optimal performance.
    • Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, and equipment damage. Conduct routine safety checks, perform equipment inspections, and implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Water Treatment: Monitor water chemistry and treatment processes to prevent corrosion, scale buildup, and other issues that can affect boiler efficiency and reliability. Test water samples, adjust chemical dosages, and maintain proper water chemistry levels.
    • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks on boilers and associated equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, diagnose issues, and implement repairs to ensure uninterrupted operation.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, including logs of pressure, temperature, fuel consumption, and water treatment activities. Document maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and any unusual occurrences for compliance and reporting purposes.
    • Efficiency Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve boiler efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and minimize operating costs. Implement energy-saving measures, optimize combustion processes, and recommend equipment upgrades or modifications as needed.
    • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to boiler alarms, malfunctions, or emergencies. Take appropriate corrective actions, follow emergency procedures, and notify supervisors or maintenance personnel as necessary to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards governing boiler operations, emissions, and environmental protection. Stay informed about regulatory changes and updates to ensure ongoing compliance with industry requirements.
    • Training and Development: Stay current with advances in boiler technology, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements through ongoing training and professional development activities. Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and assist in training new boiler operators as needed.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and plant operators to coordinate activities, share information, and troubleshoot complex issues. Work cooperatively as part of a team to achieve operational goals and objectives.

    Key Competencies:

    • Preventive Maintenance on Boilers & Associated Equipment’s.
    • Proven experience operating and maintaining boilers.
    • Strong understanding of boiler systems, combustion processes, and related equipment.
    • Knowledge of water treatment principles and practices.
    • Efficiency Tracking for Boiler & Associated Equipment’s.
    • Familiarity with safety procedures, emergency protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Basic Qualification: 1. HND/OND in Mechanical with Higher Grade.
    • Working as Boiler Operator more than 10 Yrs in any Process industry.
    • Working with Higher Boiler capacity (more than 10 TPH) is added advantage.
    • Boiler operator license or certification as per Local regulations & requirements.
    • Work experience as Permanent Employee only – Not Contract/3rd party engagement.
    • Age not more than 45 Yrs.
    • Able to speak / Understand & Good Communication skill.
