Job Purpose / Objective

• Operationalize the company’s Warehousing and Delivery Process, ensuring all operational deliverables, stock controls, and logistics outputs align directly with company goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities
Stock Picking, Staging & Shipping:

• Pick stock strictly as outlined in shipment picklists and update picklists accordingly.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of all stock picked for shipment.
• Stage picked stock in designated staging areas within the warehouse.
• Escort stock shipments to specified destinations and ensure issuance matches waybills and invoices.

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control:

• Support loading and offloading of stock within the warehouse.
• Receive goods in line with purchase order specifications or instructions from the Supply Chain Division.
• Participate actively in cycle counts and monthly stock inventory audits.
• Maintain zero stock losses both within the warehouse facility and during transit to retail stores/outlets.
• Provide regular updates on stock positions as requested.

Asset Management, Security & Maintenance:

• Apply appropriate asset management procedures to maximize return on assets.
• Evaluate warehouse security continuously and implement measures to protect stock safety.
• Develop preventive maintenance systems and operational contingency plans.

Safety, Health & Hygiene:

• Monitor and strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, neatness, and hygiene across assigned work areas.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Delivery turnaround time
• Quality and condition of delivered stock
• Cost savings on goods and services
• Zero stock-outs across all retail stores
• Achieving and exceeding agreed targets.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience:

• Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's University Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in warehousing, inventory, or supply chain logistics.

Skills & Functional Competencies:

• Functional: Relationship management and exceptional attention to detail.
• General Management: Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
• Organizational: Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate, and multi-task effectively under pressure.

Job Purpose

• To monitor and maintain the production process.
• To analyze existing processes and advice on system upgrades, perform regular equipment maintenance, maintain inventory and supplies and ensure product quality.

Responsibilties

• Analyze company processes for delays, obstruction and weakness
• Advise on process upgrades to improve production rates and reduce cost
• Develop process control strategies and standards to improve operational efficiency
• Work with team to implement process control models, strategies and other methods for ensuring quality output
• Develop new standards that incorporate the new/modified system
• Provide control system support for large capital projects
• Identify and train resources on process control improvements
• Implement changes to the process control system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assure process documentation is regularly developed and maintained.
• Identify and train resources on process control improvements.
• Execute work assignment in accordance to company standards and quality systems.
• Ensure compliance and enforcement of company, safety, environmental, governmental policies and regulations as they apply.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports on specific operating results or activities as indicated by his/her supervisor.
• Provide technical expertise in support of capital projects, process evaluation, and project modifications.
• Assist process technology and production teams in the development and programming of control sequences for all system-controlled processes.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field
• Possession of any relevant certification is essential 
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills are essential.
