    Warehouse Manager of FMCG (e-commerce)

    • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager with proven experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and E-Commerce operations.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse activities, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination to ensure efficient operations across both traditional and online sales channels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, organize, and manage all warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
    • Oversee inventory control processes and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
    • Manage order processing and fulfillment for both FMCG distribution and e-commerce orders (B2B, B2C, and marketplace channels).
    • Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency, safety, and accuracy.
    • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and on-time delivery.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, lead time, inventory turnover, and fulfillment rates.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
    • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and e-commerce fulfillment partners where applicable.
    • Implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce order management platforms.
    • Prepare periodic reports on inventory levels, warehouse efficiency, and operational performance for management review.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5–8 years of warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably within the FMCG sector and e-commerce environment.
    • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
    • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and E-Commerce Order Management Systems (OMS).
    • Familiarity with FMCG distribution, cold chain management (if applicable), and last-mile delivery processes.
    • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP tools, and inventory software.
