    Warehouse Manager

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics activities at our Abuja facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient storage, accurate documentation, and timely dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile variances.
    • Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    • Monitor and ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
    • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space utilization and reduce costs.
    • Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, movement, and performance metrics.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years proven experience in warehouse or inventory management.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

    Corporate Operations Executive

    A brief overview of the role

    • Corporate Sales Executives are the face of the company. Responsible for interacting with customers and potential clients, presenting our company’s products or services, onboarding and retaining corporate clients and closing deals.

    KEY DUTIES

    • Follow up with vendor managers to ensure product prices are shared promptly.
    • Follow up with Partner-management to ensure we get the best discounted shipping cost and that the shipping fees are shared promptly.
    • Follow up on the profitability analysis shared and ensure the products come in on time to enable us ship with the next available loading day or time specified by the customer.
    • To follow up with corporate sales items to ensure they are brought in, in-bounded/cross-docked, processed, invoiced and loaded for shipment whether by road or air.
    • Share delivery status or feedback, daily/from time to time to enable the team manage customer's expectations.
    • To follow up with processing of items from the warehouse for customers who want to pick up from the Head office.
    • To follow up with regularization of all corporate sales cross-docked items.
    • To follow up with supply chain ops to always share daily delivery status in a table format and paste on the body of the email for customers who have multiple delivery locations.
    • To follow up with supply chain ops to upload the POD on the drive 24 hours/48hours after delivery to enable corporate sales unit download and forward the documents to the customer while submitting Konga invoice after delivery.
    • To follow up with the after-sales pick up, resolution and drop off of all corporate sales support items.
    • To follow up with corporate sales payment regularization with finance, once the customer pays.
    • Follow up with credit sales approval from the Head of Finance.
    • Follow up with payment requests for all Corporate operational expenses.

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

    • Near zero incidence of customer complaint/negative.
    • Near zero incidence of untimely response to escalation.
    • Customer acquisition (Target vs Achieved).
    • Revenue delivered (Target vs Achieved)
    • Receivables reduction (% Reduction on overdue per week)
    • Learning & Development (Number of skill/ Udemy certificate acquired per month).

    KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE

    KNOWLEDGE (include technical knowledge):

    • Proven work experience as a Corporate Sales Representative
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Essential

    • University degree. (BSc/BA degree, or any related discipline).
    • Excellent Sales and Negotiation Skills
    • Good Interpersonal skill.
    • Experience in resolving issues, managing and retaining customers.
    • Excellent analytical skills.
