    Volunteer Admin & Operations Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Admin/Ops Volunteer will provide administrative, operational, and basic procurement support to ensure smooth running of programs and activities across the Live Again Group.
    • The role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced NGO/social impact environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support across departments
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing communication channels.
    • Support basic procurement activities including sourcing vendors, collecting quotes, and preparing purchase requisitions.
    • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (digital and physical).
    • Support logistics for events, trainings, and outreach activities.
    • Maintain inventory and track usage of office materials, supplies, and project assets.
    • Prepare simple reports, minutes of meetings, and administrative updates.
    • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
    • Assist with follow-ups, reminders, and administrative compliance tasks.

    Requirements

    Volunteer Communications Manager (Social Media & Client Service)

    Job Summary

    • We are recruiting 4-5 volunteer Communications Officers who will support the management of social media accounts across different Live Again brands (Foundation, Enterprise, etc).
    • Volunteers will be pooled into a central team and assigned to accounts as needed. Re-assignments may occur based on content needs and workload.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create, schedule, and manage content across assigned social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn).
    • Respond to messages, comments, inquiries, and engage with online communities.
    • Assist in developing visual content, stories, short videos, and promotional materials.
    • Monitor trends and suggest content ideas aligned with the brand’s mission.
    • Track engagement data and provide reports.
    • Maintain brand consistency across platforms and projects.
    • Support digital campaigns, online events, and community engagement drives.
    • Assist in basic graphics, captions, and storytelling for advocacy and program visibility.

    Requirements

    Volunteer Project Manager (Group Level)

    • The Project Manager Volunteer will coordinate all projects across all divisions of the Live Again Group, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
    • The role includes Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), project tracking, documentation, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects across the Live Again Foundation, Enterprise, etc.
    • Develop project timelines, work plans, and activity trackers.
    • Conduct monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for all programs and initiatives.
    • Prepare progress reports, outcome analyses, and performance dashboards.
    • Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
    • Support documentation, data gathering, and stakeholder follow-up.
    • Coordinate with team leads and volunteers to ensure timely execution of tasks.
    • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.

    Requirements

    • HND/BSc in Project Management, Social Sciences, Business Admin, or related field.
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
    • Familiarity with project management tools would be an added advantage.
    • Experience in reporting, research, M&E or admin roles is an added advantage.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks across different departments.
