    User Growth Officer (Offline)

    About the job

    • The Offline User Growth Officer is responsible for driving user registration, activation, and engagement through grassroots, campus, market, and community outreach. The role focuses on offline events, partnerships, teen engagement programs, and referral-based field activities to accelerate user growth.

    Job Description

    • Recruit and register new users through physical activations in markets, parks, malls, campuses, and communities
    • Conduct product demos and guide users through onboarding (app download, registration, KYC)
    • Promote and boost referral programs and empower referrers (agents, parents, KOLs)
    • Build partnerships with schools, student groups, small businesses, and local influencers
    • Organize offline campaigns, events, roadshows, and brand awareness activities
    • Track acquisition numbers and provide field insights on user behavior and offline performance

    Requirements

    • OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any field
    • 1–3 years field marketing or sales experience (activation or community mobilization is an advantage)
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet field targets
    • Willingness to travel frequently and interact with diverse demographic groups

    User Growth Specialist (Online)

    • The Online User Growth Specialist is responsible for driving digital user acquisition, activation, and retention across PalmPay’s online channels. The role focuses on executing growth experiments, optimizing digital campaigns, improving referral performance, and building sustainable user funnels targeted at teenagers, young adults, and broader customer segments.

    Job Description

    • Plan, execute, and support paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, affiliate networks)
    • Develop and optimize online referrals, influencer campaigns, and KOL partnerships
    • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, targeting, and messaging to improve funnel performance
    • Analyze user journeys and optimize conversion across download → registration → KYC → first transaction
    • Create and support digital creatives and ad copies across multiple channels (SMS, push notifications, in-app messages)
    • Work with product teams to implement in-app growth loops (quests, challenges, referral boosts)
    • Monitor analytics dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly reports
    • Lead and support online communities and teen-friendly content initiatives across social platforms

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    • 1–3 years experience in digital marketing or growth roles (Fintech experience is an advantage)
    • Hands-on experience running paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google
    • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics)
    • Excellent communication and creativity in content/messaging
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with user funnels, referral systems, and growth loops
