    Typist

    Description

    • We are looking for a Typist to perform typing and word processing tasks for our client at Apapa and Oregun, Lagos.

    Job Summary

    • The Typists will be responsible for typing documents and material, including reports, correspondences.

    Responsibilities

    • Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems.
    • Transcribe documents from dictated tapes.
    • Take notes at meetings with managers and others to create detailed texts.
    • Edit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation.
    • Gather and organize typing material.
    • Create spreadsheets and presentations, combining various data from existing files.
    • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
    • Scan and print files, as needed.
    • Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies.

    Requirements and Skills

    • OND qualification
    • Minimum of one-year proven work experience as a Typist, Data Entry Officer or Operator.
    • Fast typing skills; using a touch-typing system is a plus.
    • Experience using data recorders and optical scanners.
    • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets.
    • Familiarity with office equipment.
    • Fluent oral and written communication skills.
    • Attention to detail with an ability to spot grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.

    Customer Service Agent

    Job Objective

    • We are looking for talented people with a passion for quality customer experience to join our team for an exciting tenured journey.
    • As a CS Agent, Handle customer complaints and provide alternatives and/or solutions to ensure resolution of complaints.

    Responsibilities

    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
    • Manage large number of incoming calls.
    • Make verification calls.
    • Generate sales lead.
    • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/ tools.
    • Meet customer service team sales targets and calls handling quotas.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Keep records of customers interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of SSCE qualification
    • 0 - 1 year work experience
    • Fluent in oral and written English
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Typing speed
    • Interpersonal skills, and
    • Overall knowledge of customer service.

    Sales Executive

    Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

    Responsibilities
    The ideal candidates should be self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new clientele through outdoor marketing, cold-calling, networking with architects and construction companies, with the following daily responsibilities:

    • Canvas for new clients by visiting prospective building sites and projects.
    • Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid customers
    • Communicating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
    • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

    Requirements & Skills

    • Minimum OND Holder
    • Minimum of five years proven experience in sales and marketing in building construction sector (experience in marketing tiles or paints or other building materials direct to projects)
    • Should have a database of construction companies & architects previously networked.
    • Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Proficiency in English
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

    Remuneration
    N100,000 - N200,000 / month (negotiable) + 5% commission on sales (upon meeting set targets).
