    Key Responsibilities

    • Transaction Processing: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and currency exchanges.
    • Cash Management: Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily within established quotas and security limits.
    • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve basic account issues or discrepancies.
    • Compliance & Security: Adhere to all bank policies, audit procedures, and federal regulations to prevent fraud.
    • Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate team members for specialized products.
    • Administrative Tasks: Prepare specialized checks (cashier's checks, money orders), process mail-in deposits, and assist with ATM balancing.

    Qualification

    • Minimum of OND/HND Upper Credit only.

    Digital Sales Officer

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Sales Officer to drive revenue growth through digital channels.
    • The role involves executing digital sales strategies, acquiring customers online, optimizing sales funnels, and supporting business growth across digital and non-digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
    • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and digital sales campaigns.

    • Analyse customer behavior and digital sales performance using analytics tools to improve conversions.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1 – 2 years experience in digital sales, social media marketing, or related roles.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
    • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into business decisions.
    • Strong relationship management, networking, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

    HR Assistant

    Duties

    • Post openings on job sites: post all available roles online, Shortlist candidates that meet the selection criteria for interviews, develop interview questions and score sheets and conduct interviews.
    • Oversee submission and verification of employment documents, plan induction sessions for new hires, and schedule on-the-job training for new hires.
    • Managing KPI, monitoring compliance, creating a daily, weekly and monthly schedule for spot checks through scheduled physical visits and CCTV reviews of all outlets, including the head office.
    • Ensure accurate payroll processing based on performance assessments, prepare payslips and share all payslips on or before the last day or the month.
    • Conduct stay interviews for employees every quarter and implement innovative engagement strategies.
    • Team Bonding, Organize team bonding events, retreats, TGIF, birthdays, staff of the month and staff recognition programs. Maintain open-door policies for conflict resolution and whistleblowing.
    • Ensure compliance with attendance and leave systems.
    • Schedule exit interviews, retrieve company assets, settle benefits, draft reference letters, and delete employee records from the paid HRM database and ensure exit interviews are documented for future analysis.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc with 1 - 2 years of experience.

    • Must be willing to work from the Victoria Island office.
