    Telecom Key Account Sales Manager

    Purpose of the Job:

    • Manage and grow business relationships in Kano, focusing on strategic solutions and the development of existing clients.

    Deliverables Expected:

    • Maintain leadership within key accounts.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
    • Interact with key decision-makers.
    • Provide annual plan for increasing share of wallet.

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration, or related field (2.2/Upper Credit).

    System Analyst/Developer

    Description

    • Primary responsibility for the development and support of the OSS/BSS platform and its integration with other systems and applications.
    • Design, develop, and implement APIs and application modules in support of the OSS/BSS platform and related systems
    • Prepare test plan and perform system acceptance testing
    • Analyze and troubleshoot issues as part of application support
    • Application software configuration, enhancement and adaptation
    • Analyze OSS/BSS enhancement requests
    • Creates work plans, develops schedules, and develops time and cost estimates for projects
    • Creates all System Definition Model (SDM) technical documents: Functional Specs, Design docs, etc.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2.1/ Upper Credit Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems or any related field or a combination of related experience and education.
    • Hands-on experience with Perl programming, Linux, Postgres RDBMS, and Apache web server required
    • Demonstrated experience developing database-driven web applications using PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java, a plus
    • Previous experience with Telco OSS/BSS software.
    • Freeside and FreeRadius, a big advantage
    • Experience with software development (user experience) using JavaScript including libraries such as JQuery, Angular, React, Vue etc. XML, CSS3.0 (with dynamic, responsive web design with mobile devices), and other related UI technologies (HTML5 etc)
    • Good understanding of web application development using HTTP REST, software standards, software development life cycle and methodologies
    • Knowledge of software development process, quality control, and impact assessment
    • Demonstrated knowledge in mobile platforms, internet technologies and user interface
    • Experience working in a multi-platform (LINUX, Mac-OS and Windows) environment.
    • Experience working with version control systems (Subversion, Git).

    Manager, Finance Operation & GL

    Description

    • The Manager, Financial Operations & GL Analytics is responsible for developing and monitoring finance policies, processes, and ensure compliance with IFRS, related standards and ensuring seamless implementation of the finance operations flows from fixed assets accounting, payables, inventory, etc.
    • He/She will work with the unit head and under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, to develop and execute processes and plans that align with the overall strategic objectives of ipNX.
    • To ensure efficiency in the finance operations of the company through the provision of effective support services covering the management of financial and administrative systems, to contribute to the delivery of the company’s overall commercial objectives.
    • Manage and reconcile all General Ledger/Sub- ledger Accounts filtering into Income statement, Balance Sheet and Cashflow.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Economics/Banking and Finance or related field from a reputable institution.(2.1/Upper Credit Minimum)
    • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is an added advantage.
    • Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years post-qualification experience.
    • Must have had a good experience working within fast growing companies in developing markets –Telecoms sector would be an added advantage.
    • Must be technologically savvy with working knowledge of ERP
    • Knowledge of Financial management systems, accounting policies and standards (IFRS, GAAP) and costing accounting etc.

    Network Services Engineer

    Description

    • The Network Services Engineer is responsible for pro-actively performing network fulfilment activities across all network products. Assists in troubleshooting customer impacting issues affected by the fulfilment process, diagnose problems and troubleshoot within Data Centre/LAN/WAN/Wireless, or Firewall/Load Balancing/Threat Protection. Providing design and implementation according to best practices and standards
    • and assist in deploying and supporting Network services and Security for clients.
    • Maintain platform for network service usage; gathering monitoring statistics.
    • Engage in routine preventative procedures and maintaining and monitoring network security i.e Firewall, switches.
    • Proactively monitor and report infrastructure capacity including bandwidth, storage etc.

    • Maintain inventories of hardware, software and peripherals across the desktop estate; along with domain account information including rights, security and access groups.
    • Implement controls to provide security for operating systems, software, and data.
    • Maintain technical documentation and database information for the all networks and circuits.
    • Manage maintenance and repair programs, making sure systems don't break down.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Electrical Engineering or other technical disciplines
    • 5-7 years working experience
    • Industry Certifications in AWS, CISSP, CCDP, CCNP, and CCIE
    • Requires strong knowledge of Cisco routers and switches and of firewalls and web filtering solutions
    • Keen interest in emerging technologies Cloud, SD-WAN
    • Good verbal and written communication skills required for interaction with business-users.
    • Strong problem-solving skills required for technical issue resolution.
