    Alumni Strategy & Engagement Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    • Alumni Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to maintain strong connections with alumni through communication plans, events, and initiatives.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain relationships with alumni, understanding their needs and aspirations, and serving as their primary point of contact.
    • Alumni Programming: Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and networking opportunities to foster meaningful connections among alumni.
    • Career Support: Provide career development resources and support, including job search assistance, mentorship programs, and access to professional development opportunities.
    • Communication and Outreach: Develop effective communication strategies to keep alumni informed about organizational updates and opportunities for involvement, utilizing various channels.
    • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of alumni engagement activities and analyze data to measure metrics and inform future strategies.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate alumni engagement initiatives into overall organizational strategies.

    • Experience: Proven track record in developing and implementing successful engagement strategies.
    • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging content.
