    Technical Manager(Constrution)

    SALARY: 500K-700K

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 8 years experience in relevant field
    • Proven work experience as a technical manager in a construction company is a must.
    • Technical expertise in design, development, and systems
    • Proven Experience in managing sites and projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases.
    • Able to guide the team through the development, testing, and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively
    • Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
    • Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
    • Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability
    • Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members

    Accountant(Constrution)

    SALARY: 300K-500K

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant field
    • Work experience as an Accountant.
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software like ERP
    • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
    • Experience with general ledger functions
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
    • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Documenting financial transactions
    • Monitoring the efficiency of existing accounting procedures and ensuring they comply with the government regulations
    • Reviewing financial documents to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities
    • Reconciling already documented reports, statements and various transactions
    • Creating, reviewing and presenting budgets
    • Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options

    HR Manager

    SALARY: 500K-700K

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 8 years experience as a HR personnel
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
    • Experience in human resources or related field.
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
    • Experience in educating and coaching staff.

    Civil Engineer

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Candidates should possess HND / B.Eng Degrees with 5 - 8 years relevant work experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Inspection of all formwork and Reinforcement steelwork as per standard.
    • Conducting material inspections for all Construction items delivered at the site.
    • Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are Up to-date.
    • Preparing daily, Weekly & and monthly progress reports for the work done in the quality control section.
    • Conduct training programs at the site for the development and improvement of workmanship thereby achieving better productivity.
    • Preparing and reviewing work method statements, inspection test plans and checklists as per specifications, international standards and code of practice.
    • Conducting regular inspections and tests on materials, workmanship, and construction
    • processes to identify defects, deviations from specifications, and areas for improvement.
    • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, including
    • inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance records, to track project progress and compliance.
    • Identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues promptly, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues effectively.
    • Providing training and guidance to project team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to promote a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Communicating with all stakeholders regarding quality-related matters, addressing
    • concerns, providing updates, and ensuring alignment with management’s expectations.
    • Daily field inspection of construction operations to ensure compliance with approved
    • Project Design, Drawings, specifications, and approved Project Quality Plans

    Utility Driver

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A valid driver’s license.
    • Proven work experience as a Utility Driver
    • A clean driving record
    • Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)
    • Familiarity with GPS devices
    • Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
    • Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
    • Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
    • A polite and professional disposition
    • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
    • A high school diplomas

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
    • Pick up superiors from the place and at the time they’ve requested
    • Assist superiors with loading and unloading their luggage
    • Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
    • Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
    • Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
    • Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issue
