    Technical Auditing Engineer III

    • We are seeking an experienced Technical Auditing Engineer to independently audit offshore seismic acquisition systems prior to field operations. This is a stand-alone technical audit role, not part of the QC team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Audit vendors’ source, sensors, positioning, and recording systems for compliance with manufacturer specs, contract requirements, and industry standards
    • Coordinate equipment testing and verify readiness for operations
    • Report technical, operational, and SSHE concerns
    • Confirm crew and equipment readiness before field commencement

    Requirements:

    • Strong experience in geophysical equipment technical auditing
    • Advanced knowledge of data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and positioning
    • Solid understanding of SSHE practices in offshore operations
    • Excellent communication skills and high integrity
    • Valid certifications for the full project duration

    Drilling / Well Intervention Subsea Advisor III

    • We are seeking an experienced Subsea Advisor III to provide technical oversight and advisory support for subsea drilling, completions, and well intervention activities. The role ensures all engineering work aligns with Company standards, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent Company on subsea trees, hangers, wellheads, and subsea pressure control equipment (BOPs, SSTT, CWOR, LWI)
    • Lead SITs and witness FAT/EFAT and recertification processes
    • Coordinate subsea equipment and ROV risk assessment activities
    • Prepare brownfield surveys and deployment/retrieval procedures
    • Monitor subsea & ROV service providers and troubleshoot pressure control equipment
    • Manage subsea interfaces during drilling, completion, and intervention operations

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in subsea completions, work overs, and light well intervention units
    • Strong knowledge of hydraulic modeling, well surveillance, well testing, multiphase metering, artificial lift optimisation, and flow assurance
    • Proven leadership, technical judgement, and communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English
    • Willingness to travel and work offshore in demanding environments

    Completions Engineer III

    • We are looking for an experienced Completions Engineer III to lead the planning, design, and execution of wells while ensuring top standards of safety, engineering integrity, and environmental protection.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and optimize well designs and plans
    • Ensure geological and reservoir objectives are met
    • Support drilling team with technical reviews and new technologies

    Business Development Manager (Environmental & ESG Services)

    Description

    • Are you a commercially savvy professional who understands how environmental and ESG services translate into real business value?
    • We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across environmental, sustainability, and regulatory advisory services.
    • This role is ideal for someone who understands the Nigerian regulatory and project landscape and has experience selling professional or technical services (ESIA, audits, due diligence, sustainability reporting, risk assessments, etc.).

    Responsibilities

    • Opportunity Identification & Prospecting: Identify and convert new opportunities across oil & gas, power, infrastructure, and financial sectors.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and deepen relationships with multinationals, regulators, financiers, and key decision-makers.
    • Proposal & Tender Development: Lead and coordinate high-quality proposals, EOIs, and competitive bids.
    • Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning: Track regulatory updates (NUPRC, NESREA, LFN, etc.), ESG trends, and competitor activity to shape growth strategy.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical leads and SMEs to align BD efforts with delivery capacity.
    • Reporting & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales pipelines, and provide structured weekly reporting.

    Requirements
    Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 4–7 years’ experience in business development (consulting, environmental services, infrastructure, or related sectors preferred)
    • Demonstrated track record of winning or supporting bids above ₦50M
    • Strong understanding of environmental services (ESIA, ESDD, audits, risk assessments, ESG advisory)
    • Experience pitching technical services to senior stakeholders
    • Proven proposal writing and tender coordination experience
    • Familiarity with Nigerian regulatory frameworks (NUPRC, NESREA, etc.)
    • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Senior Laboratory Analyst

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Senior Laboratory Analyst to coordinate laboratory operations, conduct advanced analytical testing, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead process improvement initiatives within our operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute and supervise complex analytical and physical chemistry tests in line with SOPs.
    • Oversee sample preparation, analysis, and results validation.
    • Ensure equipment calibration, reagent control, and laboratory compliance with ISO, DPR, FMEnV, and NESREA standards.
    • Lead, mentor, and support laboratory staff.
    • Drive continuous improvement in laboratory processes and data quality.
    • Prepare and present analytical reports to internal and external stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • BSc / MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field with - 6–8 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
    • Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (HPLC, GC, ICP-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR).
    • Experience with quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and laboratory accreditation.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
