    Team Lead, Warehouse and Inventory Operations

    Job Summary

    • As the Team Lead, Warehouse and inventory Operations at Lily Hospital, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, managing and evaluating the inventory and store operations of the organization.
    • This role requires identifying needs and supervising team members to ensure they monitor inventory levels in line with international best practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and coordinate Warehouse and inventory Operation to meet organizational needs.
    • Supervise team members to ensure effective inventory management and monitoring.
    • Identify and address inventory needs, discrepancies, and improvements.
    • Implement international best practices for inventory management.
    • Evaluate and report on inventory performance using KPIs.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity.
    • Optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory control and management.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum academic qualification of an HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related degree.
    • 3 to 5 years relevant work experience is required for the role.
    • Working knowledge of computer ERP inventory management tools and MS Office applications.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment.
    • Possess excellent personal organisation and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practice methods.
    • Excellent problem analysis and solving, project management skills.

    HMO Associate

    Job Summary

    • The HMO Associate is responsible for the day to day operational activities of the customer service unit as it relates to HMO department in the area of communicating relevant information to HMO clients and the organization’s service units.
    • The role is also responsible for managing the health insurance service desk which includes client servicing and the collaboration for new businesses and the expansion of existing client portfolio.

    Key Result Areas (KRA)

    • Design, implement and continuously improve the overall customer experience
    • Foster customer loyalty.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure all monthly invoices are dispatched before the commencement of subsequent billing cycle.
    • Maintain accurate records by saving all invoices in secured hard drives.
    • Prepare customer/patient invoices for sales and services rendered by the organization.
    • Collaborate with the Credit Control Unit by availing records to help them work effectively.
    • Ensure that all services within the organization have monetary value at all time.
    • Ensure that the approved tariff is executed for all transactions at all times
    • Ensure that there is full satisfaction for both internal and external customers
    • Ensure that all invoices that exit the facility have a form of acknowledgement, either in hard copies, soft copies or documented phone agreements
    • Support the Head of Department in contracts and tariff reviews periodically
    • Ensure that all financial and operational data are reported monthly
    • Ensure full patients’ confidentiality
    • Uploading and Coding of all Invoices/Claims required by Clients in claims processing and submission.
    • Perform any other tasks assigned to you by Senior Leadership.

    Lead Nurse - Pediatrics unit

    Job Summary

    • The Pediatric Nurse Lead oversees the daily operations of the Pediatrics ward, supervising nurses and other healthcare staff (including CHEWS and Interns).
    • Their responsibilities include ensuring proper care is provided to pediatric patients, training their team in prioritizing care based on medical needs, and maintaining Quality Control (QC) and Quality Management System (QMS) standards while adhering to international best practices.

    Employees Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform professional nursing care to patients admitted to the pediatrics ward
    • Perform admission assessment, review patient history, and develop a plan of care for the patients using the nursing process format in HMS.
    • Ensure that a new file is created for the baby immediately after birth in the HMS
    • Ensure medication and treatment of patients are administered according to the physician’s order and medication policy and protocols
    • Ensure proper documentation of patient’s care, partograph, and baby birth certificate in an appropriate manner.
    • Responsible for patient’s discharge planning.
    • Ensure the unit is stocked with standard level of consumable supplies, medications and equipment’s
    • Coordinate, evaluate and supervise employee in the provision of patient’s care.
    • Responsible for administering, staffing the unit, and overseeing staff trainings.
    • Monitor quality of care and ensure department activities align with corporate goals.

    Essential Qualifications & Skills

    • Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Registered Midwife (RM) with a valid practicing license from NMCN
    • Bachelor's degree (B.NSc) required is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of three to five years of clinical experience
    • Must possess a BLS and ACLS training certificate
    • Knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act
    • Strong proficiency in simulation-based learning, clinical assessments, and student mentorship.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package.
