Job Purpose

• This role supervises tax-related activities of the company, ensuring compliance with Nigerian tax laws and regulations.
• This role involves managing tax audits, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filling of all statutory tax returns and optimizing tax processes to minimize liabilities and support business growth.

Responsibilities
Tax Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all statutory tax returns (CIT, VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
• Spearhead and handle tax audits systematically, respond and close issues from tax audit in a timely manner.
• Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants on audits, assessments, and inquiries.
• Manage tax computations and reconciliations for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.

Process & Risk Management:

• Establish and maintain robust tax documentation and record-keeping systems.
• Conduct periodic internal tax reviews and risk assessments.
• Ensure timely remittance of tax liabilities and collection of tax clearance certificates.
• Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities contributing to measurable cost reductions.

Team Collaboration:

• Mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance or any other related discipline
• 7-10 years’ experience
• Membership of ICAN, ACCA, or CITN
• Understanding of Nigerian tax laws and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
• Experience with tax audits, FIRS and state tax authorities.
• Proficiency in robust and well-known ERP systems and tax software is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Purpose

• Repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, and machinery, including water pumps, air compressors, air dryers, power generators, water chillers, gas yard facilities, hydrant pumps, water boreholes

Responsibilities

• Perform machine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Evaluate operations, prioritize and assign work responsibilities.
• Execute special projects/assignments.
• Ensure a systematic approach to maintenance operations of ground equipment.

Job Purpose

• This role ensure that product qualities are confirmed against regulatory and customers’ specifications before dispatch to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide specifications, test-gauges and samples to guide user departments on monitoring product quality.
• Ensure quality checks (physical and instrumental) are conducted at the right time according to quality plan.
• Confirm the quality of products before they are released to warehouse and subsequently to customers.
• Generate and maintain quality test records in compliance with specifications and quality plan
• Ensures that test equipment and instruments are calibrated in accordance with specified operating practices.
• Monitors Lehr inspection to ensure prompt feedback of defects for corrections
• Train and motivate employees to carry out required quality tests efficiently to maintain competency and efficiency
• Conduct trend analysis of shift performance in terms of re-occurring defects per line
• Participate and support compliance to the requirements of ISO management systems subscribed to by the organization

Job Purpose

• To support the Internal Audit Manager in delivering effective risk-based audit services across the business.
• The role ensures sound internal control, policy compliance, and risk management by executing audits, reporting key findings, and supporting the follow-up of agreed corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing the annual risk-based audit plan.
• Execute assigned audits end-to-end in line with audit standards and timelines.
• Evaluate and test internal controls and risk mitigation practices.
• Prepare audit workpapers and issue memoranda with clear recommendations.
• Prepare and submit timely and quality audit reports rated satisfactory by the Internal Audit Manager.
• Track resolution of audit recommendations and update audit issue logs.
• Support investigations into fraud, misconduct, or whistleblower cases.
• Recommend process improvements and support policy awareness campaigns.
• Participate in cross-functional audit team exercises and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting or any other related disciplines
• 4-6 years’ experience
• Accounting qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA and familiarity on IAS/IFRS Standard
• CIA or CISA is an added advantage
• Risk-based auditing
• Report writing and documentation
• Internal control assessment
• Basic IT audit knowledge (infrastructure, access controls, backups, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
