    Systems & Infrastructure Assistant Manager

    Reporting to:  Network and Infrastructure Head, NSSA
    Department:  IT

    Job Purpose

    • Looking after Oracle Database and Windows / Linux systems within Nigeria Environment.

    Job Accountabilities

    • Administers, maintains, develops, and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company database
    • Develop Oracle SQL and Unix Shell Scripts to Automate Functions and Processes
    • Establish and implement best practices for maintenance, monitoring, growth management, and contention resolution
    • Utilize Oracle Data Guard and Export/Import Data pump applications and Oracle Real Application Clusters
    • Establish Best Practices for maintenance, monitoring, growth management, contention resolution, and defragging
    • Implements data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes
    • Resolves database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues
    • Install and maintain payment applications and secure its operation
    • Helping with tuning / maintenance of RAC and other types of databases
    • Assist with patch application
    • Administers and maintain Linux platform
    • Own administrative responsibilities for Citrix virtualization infrastructure, Red Hat Linux and Windows operating systems, Windows Active Directory Forests, Automated backup facilities, Automated monitoring facilities and Configuration management
    • Support internal and external users’ needs
    • Configure, manage and monitoring Storage devices (EMC Vendor)
    • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
    • Ability to analyze comprehensive business processes, perform in-depth work analyses, and develop computer-generated flow charts.
    • Performs other related duties as required.

    • Suitable Level of English language [min intermediate level- British council].
    • Advance level/skills in handling Microsoft windows excel, word, power point, etc.
    • Good level of Time management, Customer service, and communication skills.

    Lead CASA, FX and Investment Products

    Function: Retail Banking

    Job Summary

    • To execute initiatives aimed at sustaining growth of CASA, foreign currency and investment products across Retail Banking-Personal Banking, Elite & Royalty Segments.
    • To ensure processes are in place to sustainably on-board CASA, FX, and Investment products and to improve the end to end efficiency of the portfolio.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Oversee the MIS requirements for CASA, FX, and Investment Products
    • Monitor and review existing CASA, FX, and Investment Products for Retail Banking
    • Responsible for the overall profitable growth of CASA, FX, and Investment Products
    • To work closely with Treasury in offering competitive Investment rates to our customers.
    • Identify banking needs and customer expectations through feedback loop from focus sessions with the Segments Team.
    • Process & account management for all current, savings( excluding TSP’s), investments and FCY related changes with stakeholders - Service Assurance, Branch Services, CPC, Revenue Assurance, Treasury, Foreign Operations Legal and Compliance, Operations and Technology Team etc to improve customer satisfaction.
    • New product development and existing products optimization.
    • Work with Segment Managers to fine tune process and product features as required.
    • Review account opening/maintenance issues, dormant accounts issues, inactive savings, policy changes and procedures optimization as it concerns CASA, FX, and Investment Products.
    • Reduce dormancy in current accounts and Inactive ratio on savings accounts in line with budget.
    • To review, revise fees and charges, terms, and conditions periodically as per regulatory requirements
    • Quarterly retail campaigns, frontline training and go to market strategy for new products.
    • Communicate product or policy changes to frontline staff.
    • Portfolio review, monitoring and optimization.
    • Ensure revenue growth in revenue of all CASA, FX, and Investment products
    • Responsible for Digital Account Opening and Free Banking Count and Value
    • Liaise with Segment Team / Treasury on Partnership proposition and offerings – Sankore, Travel Agents etc.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of 2nd Class Lower (B.Sc or B.A or HND) in the Sciences or Social Sciences from a recognized & accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 5 years cognate work experience as a product manager, data analytics or in any marketing/sales related roles.
