    Supply Chain Officer - Pharmaceutical

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Receives, sort, prioritize, and processes customer orders.
    • Prepare, verify and dispatch proforma and fulfilment invoices.
    • Schedule and releases orders for fulfillment timely, within promised time frame.
    • Ensure quality and accuracy of all outbound orders and products.
    • Ensure effective customer service and relationship management with all partners and accounts, investigating and resolving customer complaints and requests, as necessary.
    • Inventory and warehouse management; and effective use of ERP.
    • Participate in stocktaking activities.
    • Manages external and internal interactions between customers and Company, and SC with other departments
    • Follow up on product receipt and monitor suppliers lead time
    • Maintain good suppliers’ relations and manage outstanding payments.
    • Prepare procurements and fulfilment reports.
    • Undertake market intelligence and report on pricing, trending products and competitors’ activities to ensure best prices for purchases.
    • Drive credit implementations with suppliers and manufacturers.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 2 years relevant work experience preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

    Medical Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • Assess client's needs and present suitable and accurate products by the company
    • Present the company's product information and deliver product samples to clients
    • Communicate with and persuade targeted market base to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
    • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
    • Keep detailed records of all contacts and sales target met
    • Work with entire sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
    • Plan work schedules, weekly and monthly timetables with the director of sales or discuss future targets.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • Degree in a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in same role
    • Proven track record with meeting target
    • Ability to work with a team and independently
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills
    • Excellent negotiation skills.
