    Corporate Finance Manager

    Job Summary:

    • Landmark Africa Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Manager to oversee fund raising for capital projects, manage post fund-raising activities, and provide strategic financial guidance, driving financial performance to the management through comprehensive financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Fund Raising for Capital Projects:

    • Identify, assess, and execute all necessary actions to fulfill the funding requirements of the company's projects at both project and group levels.
    • Lead the refinancing process for the Vantage Loan and secure funding for the Waterview Apartments project.
    • Engage with banks, financial institutions, pension funds, rating agencies, and other stakeholders to secure financing for projects at competitive terms.
    • Prepare pitch decks, investment memoranda, and investment proposals for pipeline developments and prospects.
    • Provide decision support to management regarding debt and equity funding, identifying and mitigating project and risk management issues.
    • Report on fund-raising activities to the management team and board meetings as required.

    Post Fund Raising:

    • Coordinate drawdown and repayment formalities for debt facilities and ensure compliance with financing conditions and covenants.
    • Collaborate with project development teams to ensure timely compliance with financial conditions and obligations.

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive financial models for projects, including cash flow forecasts, scenario analysis, risk assessment, and return analysis, ensuring adherence to standard accounting practices.
    • Deliver cash flow forecasts, scenario analysis, risk assessment, and return analysis, supporting the Accounts function to accurately reflect financing needs and decisions in financial statements.

    • 7 years and above of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory roles, preferably in the real estate or leisure and hospitality sectors.
    • Proven track record of successfully raising capital for projects and managing post-funding activities.
    • Strong financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
