    Strategic Account Manager

    About the Role:

    • We are looking for a results-driven salesperson to engage in the sales of medical equipment and healthcare solutions. This role is key to increasing market presence, driving demand, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive demand generation activities for our medical equipment and healthcare solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in hospitals, government health bodies, and related institutions.
    • Grow the company’s market share within the healthcare sector.Identify new sales opportunities through cold calls, client visits, trade shows, and professional networking.
    • Develop and execute detailed account plans for public and private healthcare institutions.
    • Own and manage accounts such as tertiary hospitals, teaching hospitals, Federal and State Ministries of Health, and corporate health organizations.
    • Present and demonstrate medical equipment and solutions to clinical and administrative staff, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
    • Monitor market trends and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales strategy.
    • Collaborate with the internal sales team to refine messaging and approaches for different customer segments.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing complaints, providing support, and introducing relevant new products.
    • Regularly report on sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • 2–3 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and solutions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

    Mini Ambulance Supervisor

    • We are seeking a proactive and reliable supervisor to oversee the daily running of a hospital-based mini ambulance service operated by our company. The mini ambulance is a small electric vehicle equipped with a stretcher, oxygen tank, and basic emergency supplies, used for intra-hospital patient transfers.
    • The supervisor will be responsible for supervising personnel, coordinating dispatch, maintaining the vehicle and medical equipment, and ensuring smooth collaboration with hospital departments. This role is critical to the success of our healthcare mobility service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the mini ambulance service within the hospital compound.
    • Coordinate patient transport requests and assign duties to driver-paramedics to ensure fast, safe, and professional service delivery.
    • Monitor usage patterns to optimize availability and minimize delays.
    • Manage a team of driver/paramedics, ensuring adherence to service protocols, professionalism, and quality care during transport.
    • Provide basic performance monitoring and on-the-job support.

    • Strong coordination and time-management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Leadership ability with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting.
    • Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and patient care support.
