    Storekeeper - FMN Infrastructure

    Purpose ​

    • To perform all stores operational activities, assuring accuracy of store issues, receipt, data update and record balancing under the supervision of the Stores Supervisor.

    The Job

    • Manage inventory, receiving, storing and issuing spares/goods
    • Maintain accuracy through record keeping
    • Maintain organized and safe stock and economic order
    • Prompt monitoring of Purchase Requisition for immediate delivery
    • Maintain good house keeping in and around the stores

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
    • Certificate in Store Keeping will be an added advantage.

    Experience:​

    • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a similar role.

    The Person Must Have:​

    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Good inventory management and record keeping skill to receive , store , issue and account for materials.
    • The ability to maintain proper stock documentation including GRVs, bin cards, stock register and all issue vouchers, ensuring traceability and accountability.
    • Good attention to details, integrity and teamwork skills to support operation.
    • Must be versed in the usage of Microsoft excel, power point, spread sheet etc.

    Management Accountant

    Purpose ​

    • To provide accurate financial analysis, budgeting support, cost monitoring, and management reporting that drive effective business decisions.
    • The role ensures timely preparation of financial performance reports, maintains compliance with financial standards, and supports internal controls across all financial operations.

    The Job

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts in line with reporting timelines.
    • Analyze financial performance, variances, trends, and cost drivers to support management decision-making.
    • Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance explanations.
    • Maintain accurate cost and management accounting records, including cost centres and allocations.
    • Support product costing, cost-benefit analysis, and profitability analysis.
    • Reconcile key ledger accounts, including inventory, assets, and control accounts.
    • Review and validate financial entries, invoices, accruals, and adjustments.
    • Prepare operational financial reports for production, procurement, HR, logistics, and other departments.
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial procedures, and audit requirements.
    • Support internal and external audit exercises with necessary schedules and documentation.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and highlight financial risks.

    Qualifications

    • HND / B.Sc ./ B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
    • Added advantage:  ICAN, ACCA, ACA (or ongoing certification)

    Experience:​

    • 3 - 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles
    • Added Advantage: Experience in manufacturing/FMCG or cost accounting roles.

    The Person Must Have:

    • Have strong experience in management accounting within an FMCG manufacturing environment, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting.
    • Possess solid knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis, with the ability to track production costs, material usage, and manufacturing efficiencies.
    • Demonstrate the ability to partner with production and supply chain teams to monitor cost drivers, control wastage, and improve operational performance.
    • Be proficient in the use of ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for cost analysis, inventory valuation, and manufacturing performance reporting.
    • Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support decision-making, improve cost efficiency, and meet business targets in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

    Senior Manager, General Ledger

    Purpose ​

    • Direct the General Ledger and Financial Reporting operations for the Food and Sugar Verticals, leading a team of GL Managers to deliver timely month-end closes and impeccable year-end audits.
    • This role is pivotal in ensuring absolute IFRS compliance and data integrity across general ledgers, intercompany accounts, and fixed assets (CWIP).

    The Job

    • Lead and manage the month-end close calendar across Food and Sugar Vertical entities, ensuring delivery within approved timelines (3working days).
    • Champion a high-standard balance sheet reconciliation reviews, to ensure 100% completion of timely, high-quality reconciliations with zero long-standing reconciling items and full substantiation of all accounts.
    • Maintain full visibility and control over prepayments, accruals, provisions, and other significant Financial Statements Line Items, clearly highlighting risks and opportunities for strategic decision making.
    • Direct and oversee the interim and year-end audit process, ensuring strict adherence to audit timelines and achieving zero post-closing adjustments through impeccable financial accuracy and robust internal controls.
    • Lead the preparation of, and the timely filing of quarterly and year-end financial statements and consolidation for all the entities in Food and Sugar Verticals ensuring full compliance with statutory reporting requirements for a seamless, board-ready close.

    Qualifications

    • First degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Added advantage: Masters in Business Administration/Finance

    Experience:​

    • 8–10 years relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS and internal controls.
    • ACA, ACCA .

    The Person Must Have:

    • Have extensive experience in general ledger management, overseeing month-end and year-end close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a structured corporate environment.
    • Possess strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS, chart of accounts management, and the ability to review and approve complex accounting entries, , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all general ledger activities.
    • Provide leadership and strategic mentorship to a team of General Ledger Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical accounting excellence across the organization.
    • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools to drive impeccable ledger control, insightful variance analysis, and complex group consolidations
    • Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to partner with internal and external stakeholders, resolve discrepancies, and support strategic financial decision-making.
