    Storekeeper

    Job Summary

    • The Hotel Storekeeper is responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel’s inventory, including food supplies, beverages, linen, cleaning products, and other essential items.
    • They ensure proper storage, record-keeping, stock issuance, and compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Inventory Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and monitor inventory movement.
    • Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of items.
    • Keep track of stock expiry dates, damages, and low inventory levels.
    • Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and organization of goods.

    Stock Control & Issuance:

    • Receive, check, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices.
    • Store goods properly to prevent spoilage, damage, or loss.
    • Issue stock as per departmental requests while following approval procedures.
    • Ensure proper documentation for all received and issued items.

    Supplier & Purchase Coordination:

    • Coordinate with the purchasing department to restock essential supplies.
    • Notify relevant departments when specific stocks are running low.
    • Report any discrepancies in deliveries, such as damaged or missing items.

    Record-Keeping & Reporting:

    • Maintain updated stock records using manual logs or inventory management software.
    • Prepare and submit stock reports to management as required.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reports.

    Safety & Hygiene Compliance:

    • Ensure that storage areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations.
    • Follow proper storage practices for perishable and non-perishable items.
    • Adhere to fire safety and security protocols related to hotel storage.

    Team Coordination:

    • Work closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill stock requirements.
    • Train junior staff or assistants in storekeeping procedures if required.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 3 years work experience.

    Pool Attendant (Ijaiyi - Ijokoro)

    Job Summary

    • The Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall guest experience at the hotel’s swimming pool area. 
    • This includes monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, assisting guests with towels and seating, and maintaining poolside cleanliness. 
    • The Pool Attendant should provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

    Key Responsibilities
    Guest Service & Safety:

    • Welcome and assist guests with seating, towels, and poolside amenities.
    • Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and respond to emergencies when necessary.
    • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
    • Provide first aid and CPR assistance when needed (if certified).

    Pool & Facility Maintenance:

    • Ensure poolside and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and stocked with towels and other necessary supplies.
    • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
    • Regularly check the pool’s water condition, including temperature and cleanliness, and report any concerns.

    Operations & Administration:

    • Assist with setting up and breaking down poolside furniture and umbrellas.
    • Maintain accurate records of pool usage and incident reports if required.
    • Assist in organizing poolside activities and events for guests.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 5 years experience.
